Vacation rentals with a sauna in Province of Grosseto

Eva and family are kind and warm hosts. Eva really went above and beyond to help us get to know the area before we arrived. The views from the house were stunning!

Wonderful panorama view and really nice host. Apartment is ESP perfect for family traveling with kids. Nice getaway place to stay for a few days. Location is great for it’s in the middle of Val d’orcia that it’s within around 20-30mins drive getting to many nice villages. During our stay we suffer a bit from many lawn bugs crawing in rooms but Eva is working hard dealing with this issue. WiFi / cellular in this very apartment not very good in bedrooms(living room no problem) is also something not very pleasant. Considered all it’s still a very nice place to stay. Recommend to those who are interested in Tuscany landscape and historical villages. Btw Eva is definitely the BEST host I’ve ever met, super:)

We stayed during the New Year's period. The farm is immersed in the Tuscan hills, perfect for a relaxing getaway and well-being/tranquility. There are few services nearby but the area is a great compromise for those who want to escape from the routine and at the same time visit the most beautiful areas of Tuscany (Montalcino, Valle D'orcia...). The property is in typical Tuscan stone style. The apartment we stayed in was suitable for our needs, with nice furnishings (simple but pleasant) and equipped with everything you need. We greatly appreciated the friendliness and attention that the owners gave us upon arrival and during the stay, making themselves available for everything. This attention to detail emerged on several occasions (for example the welcome basket with the oil produced by them, very good). Outside there is a sauna and a heated tub, it was a dream experience: hills, wine, lanterns, aperitif, brazier...

We had a great stay in Rocca Prataia! The Airbnb is very idyllically located in nature and the beautiful pool and terrace also invite you to relax 🌱 Anja gave us many helpful tips so that we could ideally explore the area.

First of all, I need to say we had a wonderful time here. The house and the location are more than we could have imagined. To wake up in the morning and see hares and deer in the garden, as the mist rolls over the hills, well.... you understand why Tuscany became a cliche. It's exactly what you see in the photos, what you'd expect, and then a whole lot more. The hosts were very helpful, and very quick to answer questions and queries. And the area is sublime. The house is tidy and spacious and great for a large family, or even 2 small families. One or two things you should be aware of. First off, the house is literally off the beaten track. Waze sent us the wrong route, so I'd recommend using Google Maps. Second, you will need to stock the kitchen. There's literally nothing - no olive oil, salt, coffee, nada. And to be honest, why should there be? There's supermarket 7 minutes away that has almost everything you'll need. But overall? Perfect. We're already planning to go back.

Beautiful, quiet area and ideal starting point for MTB tours. Trails right outside the front door, but also not far from the spots in Massa Marittima, Piombino, Castiglione, etc. Great opportunity to wash the bike on site with the garden hose.

Paolo was very friendly and gave some great local recommendations for places to go. The villa was in a spectacular location with beautiful views. The pool was good fun and we enjoyed eating out in the nearby villages. It was quite remote so you definitely need a car to get around
