Spacious and comfortable two-room apartment equipped with everything you need. A "two-step" walk from the marina with its promenade full of restaurants, clubs and shops. Very present host and responsive to requests. Super recommended.

We enjoyed our stay with Valeria very much, she is very helpful, nice and reliable. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk to the sea. The room is in the basement, so you have humidity a little higher, but there is air conditioning that makes a pleasant temperature. There is everything you need for a relaxing vacation and you also have a very good transport connection. I can only recommend it and would love to come back!

Perfect location, very close to the sea and a quarter of an hour from the center. The house perfectly reflected the description and we had no trouble finding parking. In particular, Spartacus, the owner's son, was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

My two day stay left me wanting for nothing. Cooked, rode the bike to dinner, enjoyed the beach. Would recommend for a long or short stay. Very comfortable.

A small dream apartment, simple but clean and tidy. There is everything you need, especially a balcony on the marina where you can get lost... small beach in front of the house and directly on the long harbor near shops and restaurants. The owners have provided us with all the useful information for the stay including tips on what to do and where to eat...everything is perfect! Definitely an experience to do again! Never found an apartment so equipped with every comfort and every accessory. It was like being at home. It's not at all obvious to receive so much attention! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and really has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The surroundings are fabulous, and it is located in a well-connected area but still quiet and relaxing. Super recommended! Too bad we were only there for a few days, but I hope to be back soon! 😄 In addition, the hosts are super responsive and available for any need/request. Thanks Sara & Sere!

We loved our time at L’Assolata! It’s a beautiful spot, within close driving distance to many towns in Tuscany such as Pienza, Siena, Sarteano, and Montepulciano. It’s a bit farther away from Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano - so just plan for longer drives if your itinerary includes these places. It’s a serene place to both relax and explore. The views are INCREDIBLE! Even though the weather was cold and rainy a lot during our time there, we had a nice day sitting by the pool and it was the best! It’s just down the hill from the village of Radicofani. We loved walking around there and going to the bakeries and butcher shops. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and just as described. Sara was very helpful! We had the best time and hope to return again someday!

Perfect stay, the apartment is pleasant and in a good location. Riccardo and Serena are charming and available, warm welcome from Serena, flexible check-in and good communication. I particularly appreciated Serena's availability on checkout times. I highly recommend this place, good location and with all amenities. Orbetello is worth a visit.

This was the perfect place to stay in Montepulciano! Breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape and a quick 3-4 minute walk to the main part of the town. Nico and Elena were excellent hosts and directed me to a parking lot a quick walk from the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and I’d recommend it to anyone coming to Montepulciano!

Lovely accommodations and a very nice and responsive host who got us checked in within a few hours of booking. Very convenient location with great restaurants nearby.

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

Excellent house . House owner is so friendly

This is an idyllic place. The owners and manager were very kind and responsive. The space is modern while also being comfortable - great beds, showers, and a very functional kitchen (we cooked dinner every night). We were traveling with a 1 year old and everything was well suited for her. I will dream about the pool - that really makes the property. We can’t wait to go back!

This stay was beautiful in the day, at night, and even in the rain. It’s a gorgeous location looking out at the hills and farms. Had a lovely welcome from Ulla and met Ralf walking about in their property. We were happy to have stayed here and would love to come back.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

The apartment matched the description we had read in the listing, but the photos did not fully represent the beauty of the place. The view is fantastic and has a beautiful sunset every night and a beautiful moon every night. The house has everything you need for a vacation, the only downside is not having the washing machine for exclusive use but in the end we were able to wash everything as needed. Isolina has a precious treasure in her hands that you feel you have to preserve as if it were your own, even if for a few days. It was a refreshing vacation for us.

If you’re deciding between this place and somewhere else (due to price, location, etc.), I’ll make it easy for you, stay here, because no where else will match the level of beauty, hospitality and serenity that you’ll find here. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and this is quite possibly my favorite of them all. Between the beautiful grounds (working winery), the majestic background, the amenities (pool and heated soaking pool), and the world class host you will not find a more perfect stay while in Tuscany. We loved it so much that my spouse and I bought a bottle of their privately produced wine to have something to always remember. Thank you Alex for the memorable stay :)

Beautiful views, close to the center and peaceful

Love love love Montepulciano and Monica’s place is an ideal location to experience the area. The apartment was cozy, clean and has beautiful views! Love this stay!
