Lorenza was very responsive before the stay and survived answering our questions. The room is in a very good location and it's very quiet. Lorenza has several very friendly touches towards her tenants. We arrived before the scheduled time and it was not a problem. Thank you very much.

We loved Paolo's place very much! The location was perfect, close to the center, but still very quiet (so no noise at night). Everything was neat and cared for. A free parking is a 3-minute walk away, which was ideal. We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Francesco's. The setting is beautiful and very quiet. With the heat, we enjoyed the pool. Kids loved the chickens! Francesco is a very friendly, responsive host, always ready to help. It is easy to radiate from the house to different tourist sites (Siena, Florence, Massa Maritima, etc...). The village next door is very nice. Lots of hiking or mountain biking options. In short, we would recommend it without hesitation.

The location is perfect at the end of the harbor and high up. The terrace is very pleasant and the accommodation comfortable. We are delighted with our stay and thank our host again for their kindness.

Truly a one of a kind experience. Not your typical location in Tuscany! If you want to recharge away from the crowds in a remote location in the hills with breathtaking views that take you back centuries this is the place. Alberto and the property’s caretakers are a delight. Beds are comfortable and there’s a lot of space to roam around. We had an idyllic five days here with our one year old. Magical evening wines looking out at hilltop castles and soaking up the sounds of nature. 10 min to tiny Pari, 25 to a market in Civitella Paganico, under an hour to Siena. We hope to return someday. Everything was perfect and above expectations. Nicola and his family are always welcoming and kind. It is the second time that we have stayed with them on the Argentario. We will definitely be back.

Very nice, cozy and characteristic accommodation, which offers intimacy and tranquility, located inside an extremely evocative medieval village. Mrs. Maria Grazia is an attentive and caring host, but at the same time discreet and reserved. We'll definitely be back!

Our stay was 1 week, with super nice hosts in a fantastic accommodation! Villa Xavante is beautifully located, surrounded by wine and olive terraces. This magical place is made perfect by the warmth of the two hosts! We enjoyed every second and must definitely come back. Thank you for this incredibly beautiful time :)

Francesco was nice and answered our questions immediately. The house was clean, nicely furnished and had a great view.

The accommodation is located in a small and charming village in the Tuscan hills, very quiet, well-kept and comfortable, everything new, tidy and clean! I recommend it!
