Loved this little slice of life in Montepulciano. The space is quaint and different. Makes you feel like you’re staying in a quirky and quaint part of Tuscany — because you are! The stairs to the bathroom are fun but may be hard to navigate in the dark for some guests, which is worth noting. But the bathroom facilities themselves are also lovely. I enjoyed the terrace, and the hosts provided basic things we needed kitchen-wise, even without a kitchen (wine opener, coffee and tea, plates and silverware, glasses, etc.). I will note the WiFi is a bit spotty and the signal doesn’t make it all the way to the bathroom — but that wasn’t a major concern for us, personally.

Lorenza was very responsive before the stay and survived answering our questions. The room is in a very good location and it's very quiet. Lorenza has several very friendly touches towards her tenants. We arrived before the scheduled time and it was not a problem. Thank you very much.

Perfect accommodation for visiting the area! With free parking a stone's throw away, the independent apartment is a 2-minute walk from the center of Montepulciano and numerous excellent restaurants. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Francesco's. The setting is beautiful and very quiet. With the heat, we enjoyed the pool. Kids loved the chickens! Francesco is a very friendly, responsive host, always ready to help. It is easy to radiate from the house to different tourist sites (Siena, Florence, Massa Maritima, etc...). The village next door is very nice. Lots of hiking or mountain biking options. In short, we would recommend it without hesitation.

Charming little house surrounded by greenery and tranquility, perfect for a couple. Convenient as a location to reach the coast and enjoy the hinterland (Vulci, Capalbio and Montalto di castro). Perfect even in the winter with a great air conditioning system. The hosts Federica and Francesco were very kind and welcoming. Come back to try it out in the summer

The location is perfect at the end of the harbor and high up. The terrace is very pleasant and the accommodation comfortable. We are delighted with our stay and thank our host again for their kindness.

We are delighted with the weekend at Nicola's. The room was spotless, it's in the back of the family home. Our privacy has been perfectly respected. Nicolas's mother is a very friendly person and concerned about our well-being. The accommodation has an exterior directly accessible from the bedroom, facing the fields, quiet and more than pleasant. A carport is also available which makes it possible to put the car in the shade. Nicola is a friendly, discreet and responsive host on message communication. We regret not mastering Italian which would have further improved our experience.

Comfortable room with private bathroom, in a really nice setting that dominates the Argentario sea from above. Francesco was very kind and made sure we didn't miss anything. Recommended

Katya and Bengt welcomed us very nicely to their beautiful villa, we had a very pleasant stay and were able to relax wonderfully by the pool in absolute tranquility and with wonderful views of the Tuscan hills, thank you both very much for that! :) Next time also gladly longer! Even in late summer, it was wonderfully green around Villa Xavante.

Francesco was nice and answered our questions immediately. The house was clean, nicely furnished and had a great view.

We loved our stay in Monticchiello so much that we extended our stay! Beautiful, cosy apartment with comfortable bed and gorgeous views. Lots of restaurants and casual dining places to enjoy all within walking distance and the people of Monticchiello are charming and kind. The only thing to be aware of is that the village bar opens at 9am so you may need to bring some breakfast provisions with you if you are an earlier riser or pop over to Pienza if you have a car. Francesco is a kind, friendly and caring host who was always extremely responsive and accommodating. He is also an extremely talented artist. We highly recommend Francesco’s place and hope to return.

We had such a lovely stay at Andrea's place! He was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and full of great tips that made our trip even better. The apartment itself is wonderful - clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was super comfy, and we really appreciated the extra pair of towels he provided for the hot springs - such a considerate touch! Everything was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We’d definitely love to come back!
