Private suite vacation rentals in Province of Grosseto

This was our second time staying in Paolo’s place. The location is excellent, in the city just enough to be close to everything, but also put of the way enough to be quiet and close to the free parking (Montepulciano is tough for parking). The apartment is very unique, a 3 level studio on the corner so you have windows on multiple sides and a great little balcony for morning coffee. The bathroom is large and luxurious, we particularly like the shower. It’s very close to some of our favourite spots (Gattavecchi Winery and La Schiaccia dell'Opio for the best tuscan style sandwiches). When we come back to Montepulciano for a 3rd time we hope its available again!

Lorenza avant le séjour a été très réactive et a survécu répondre à nos questions. La chambre est très bien située et c'est très calme. Lorenza a plusieurs attentions très sympathiques envers ses locataires. Nous sommes arrivées avant l'heure prévue et cela n'a pas posé de souci. Merci beaucoup

Alloggio perfetto per visitare la zona! Con Parcheggio a due passi gratuito, l’appartamento indipendente è a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro di Montepulciano e da numerosi ottimi ristoranti. Consigliatissimo!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Francesco. Le cadre est magnifique et très calme. Avec la chaleur, nous avons apprécié la piscine. Les enfants ont adoré les poules ! Francesco est un hôte très amical, réactif, toujours prêt à rendre service. Il est facile de rayonner de la maison vers différents sites touristiques (Sienne, Florence, Massa Maritima, etc...). Le village d'à côté est très joli. Nombreuses possibilités de randonnées à pieds ou VTT. Bref, nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Incantevole casetta immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, perfetta per una coppia. Comoda come posizione per raggiungere la costa e per godersi l'entroterra (Vulci, Capalbio e Montalto di castro). Perfetta anche d'inverno con ottimo sistema di condizionamento. Gli host Federica e Francesco sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. Da ritornare per provarla in estate

L'emplacement est parfait au bout du port et en hauteur. La terrasse est tres agreable et le logement confortable. Nous sommes ravis de notre sejour et remercions encore notre hote pour sa gentillesse.

Nous sommes ravies du weekend passer chez Nicola. La chambre était impeccable, elle se situe à l'arrière de la maison familiale. Notre intimité a parfaitement été respectée. La maman de Nicolas est une personne très avenante et soucieuse de notre bien-être. Le logement dispose d'un extérieur directement accessible depuis la chambre, orienté vers les champs, au calme et plus qu'agréable. Un carport est également mis à disposition ce qui permet de mettre la voiture à l'ombre. Nicola est un hôte sympathique, discret et réactif sur la communication par message. Nous regrettons de ne pas maîtrisé l'italien ce qui auraient encore amélioré notre expérience.

Camera confortevole con bagno privato, in un contesto veramente carino che domina il mare dell’Argentario dall’alto. Francesco è stato molto gentile e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Consigliato

Katya und Bengt haben uns sehr nett willkommen geheißen in ihrer wunderschönen Villa, wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und konnten uns am Pool bei absoluter Ruhe und herrlichem Ausblick in die toskanischen Hügel wunderbar entspannen, vielen Dank euch beiden dafür! :) Das nächste Mal auch gerne länger! Auch im Spätsommer was es rund um die Villa Xavante herum wunderbar grün.

Il borgo è fantastico con ottimi ristoranti nel giro di un minuto. La stanza è molto grande (oltre la media) con una vista mozzafiato. La biancheria con un profumo di lavanda. Appartamento bellissimo che visto dal vivo è più bello ancora rispetto alle foto. Ci ha offerto la colazione degna di un hotel 5 stelle. Ritorneremo sicuramente

We loved our stay in Monticchiello so much that we extended our stay! Beautiful, cosy apartment with comfortable bed and gorgeous views. Lots of restaurants and casual dining places to enjoy all within walking distance and the people of Monticchiello are charming and kind. The only thing to be aware of is that the village bar opens at 9am so you may need to bring some breakfast provisions with you if you are an earlier riser or pop over to Pienza if you have a car. Francesco is a kind, friendly and caring host who was always extremely responsive and accommodating. He is also an extremely talented artist. We highly recommend Francesco’s place and hope to return.
