The most beautiful cottage in a stunning location. The views over the Val D’Orcia from the property were incredible. Close to several restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the space was pristine. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely and very welcoming host, speaks very good French. The Room is atypical. Not far away very pretty village Bagno Vignoni, preferably to do in the evening for dinner.

Good value! Nice place, good pools, great countryside and fantastic neighbouring villages of Sorano and Pitigliano. And the unforgettable Cascate del Mulino, the sulphuric natural Cascade in Saturnia. We will be back

Absolute paradise. Don’t hesitate - book it. We could have spent every moment of every day on the grounds enjoying the pool, but would have to wonder into town for lunches. Karin and Antonio have curated the most peaceful getaway. Their staff are extremely kind and friendly. My favourite moment was enjoying my coffee every morning over looking the Tuscan hills. I hope one day we can return. This was the perfect baby moon for us!

After a dirt road you reach the farm: the place is charming, immersed in the Tuscan hills and nature; the accommodation is very nice, it retains the original spirit of the place... to finish the pool complete everything, for a refresh especially on the hottest days!

The apartments are situated between large tuscan fields. Some small shops and the beutiful village of Castiglione della Pescaia are just a few kilometers away. We had an amazing week of cycling, lazy days at the pool and nice swims in the sea, lots of cappucchini and pasta. The apartment itself is small, an one room apartment, but well equipped and very clean. Since you spend all the time outside anyways it's perfect. Michael is a very welcoming host and has lots of suggestions worth a visit. Perfect if you are looking for a relaxed, quiet and convenient place to stay.

Stefania was so warm and friendly! She gave us a tour of the property and room. She gave us some recommendations for the area. The room is in a beautiful old farm property. It was charming and very comfortable with modern amenities. Very close to the Saturnia Hot Springs! Wish we could have stayed longer! 🥰❤️

What a positive surprise! The area is exceptional, you can discover so much and here it is called relaxation and pure Italy! Over generations, there is their own craft in the special design. Hats off! The Italian family is also very nice. We only stayed at the property for one night, but could have imagined more.

Alex’s place was very comfortable and easy to find. He met us at check in and made sure we knew how everything works. It’s a beautiful property and it’s a short 5-minute drive into town for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Alex made fantastic restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. Highly recommend.

A Memorable Stay ! I had the pleasure of spending a few days at this beautiful hotel. The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views. Whether you’re enjoying the view from the Pool, the room, or the garden, the scenery is simply spectacular. A highlight was the guided tour of the property, which gave us a deeper appreciation for its history. You can feel the passion and care that have gone into maintaining this place. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay – absolutely delicious, with many homemade items that made it extra special. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, offering so much more than meets the eye. It’s the perfect place to relax, and take in the beauty of the surroundings. I can highly recommend it!
