Barbara's house is perfect because it can be reached by car while being a 5-minute walk from the center of Capalbio. The wonderful garden is definitely the highlight of the house with a table to eat overlooking the olive trees at sunset, hammocks, loungers, yoga area and outdoor shower for those who want to cool off without entering. The house is a love. A small white wooden American cottage with a cozy porch furnished with sofas and rugs . The interior is also delightful furnishings, rugs, lamps, and items purchased on distant trips blend with design elements. Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

My partner and I stayed at the Albertino attic. Mrs. Sara and then Mrs. Paola were extremely kind and helpful. The attic, albeit small, has all the necessary comforts and has a beautiful, super ventilated terrace. The location is great and allows you to get around easily both on foot and by car. Overall, we were very satisfied!

Great for kids, relaxation, being in the middle of the nature, heated pool for kids, sauna, landscape and the list can continue

Alessio's house is a wonderful hideaway close to the sea. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, well worth the very rocky road to get there. We didn't meet Alessio but he was always connected and super responsive

The house looks better than on the pictures. The area is very peaceful :) we stay there for 9 days with 3 families and we fell like at home. We have privacy, because the neighbors aren’t close. Perfect place to spend time together at the evening dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped, rooms are specious and have air conditioning. The area is more green than on the pictures :)
