Around the 600-square-meter private garden, there is a centuries-old olive grove from which we produce oil, fruit, a vegetable garden, an outdoor fireplace, a large terrace, a covered patio for relaxation and yoga, and private parking.

My refuge is a magical place overlooking the sea with a wonderful view! From the terrace, you can admire the Red Island of Giannutri and Giglio. Here you can live in contact with the beautiful nature of the Argentario and enjoy the greenery, the sea and the tranquility. A few minutes' walk from the house you can reach the private descent to the sea. The semi-detached house is located on the Panoramic road towards Cannelle and is 9.5 km from the village.
