Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole! Giada è stata fantastica nella comunicazione: sempre disponibile, chiara e super gentile. La casa era pulitissima e molto particolare nella sua struttura, davvero interessante. Ci ha fatto molto piacere trovare il pensierino di benvenuto, un’attenzione davvero gradita! Ci è dispiaciuto poter rimanere solo una notte, perché sarebbe stato bellissimo trascorrere più giorni in un posto così speciale. Ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo e speriamo davvero di poter tornare in futuro. Grazie ancora di cuore, Giada!

Super mooie lokatie en een zeer sfeervol luxe huis met alle gemakken en gezelligheid Vele leuke plekjes in de tuin en dichtbij dorp en strand (10 min rijden) Isolina was erg lief en een erg fijne host. Ontzettende aanrader!

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

Lucia ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin die immer erreichbar ist. Die Unterkunft ist total schön gelegen, fussläufig zum Meer und trotzdem ruhig. Auto ist allerdings hilfreich, allein schon um die tolle Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Betten sind für Personen ab 1,90 m leider etwas zu kurz. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung einfach , zweckmäßig und sauber. Uns hat es gefallen.

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere ospitati in questa splendida casa per festeggiare il nostro capodanno e non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio! La casa era accogliente, spaziosa e pulita. Ogni dettaglio era curato: dalla comodità delle camere (ben riscaldate) in ogni appartamento alla fornitura completa di utensili. Margherita si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile e attenta, dandoci la possibilità fin da subito di capire e conoscere il luogo dove saremmo andati ma soprattutto ha accolto con gentilezza ogni nostra richiesta. La posizione era ideale, immersa nella tranquillità e facilmente raggiungibile, e con un ambiente circostante che ha reso ancora più speciale il nostro brindisi di mezzanotte. Anche gli spazi comuni erano perfetti per un gruppo numeroso come il nostro, permettendoci di cenare e festeggiare insieme comodamente. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un luogo dove trascorrere del tempo in compagnia, con un tocco di calore e ospitalità che fa davvero la differenza.

Ottima esperienza. Abbiamo soggiornato con amici nel periodo natalizio, casa accogliente, pulita e servita di tutto il necessario per passare dei giorni in relax. Camere molto grandi e cucina super fornita. Da tenere in considerazione che resta isolata e lontana da Siena e gli altri centri turistici.

Abbiamo passato alcuni giorni nella splendida casa di Vittorio e devi dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. nuovissima con tutto il necessario per colazione dal caffè ai biscotti. La casa si trova in un posto molto tranquillo e caratteristico. Sul letto 2 accappatoi di alta qualità e ciabatte. la vasca idromassaggio è il plus che rende unica l'esperienza così come il bagno turco nella doccia. Completa un balconcino con vista dove puoi fare aperitivo o pranzo. Soddisfatti in tutto e un grazie a Vittorio molto gentile e disponibile.

Maya's villa was wonderful for me and my family. The home itself is large, modernized, clean, and upscale. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are great, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The exterior patio is large, shaded, comfortable, and presents a beautiful view of the surrounding area positioned very nicely at the top of a hill. The pool is large, clean, and a refreshing reprieve from the heat of the summer. You can easily connect your phone to the Bluetooth speakers enhancing the general ambience. They have a handful of items and activities around the property such as a ping pong table, basketball net, swings, climbing ropes, and a tree house. We also loved having the outdoor cats present to greet us daily. Don't worry if you're allergic to cats, they won't affect you. Popular towns like Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Pienza are about 45 minutes to an hour away. Other towns are closer if you prefer others. I highly recommend this property for families.

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

Pier’s place was so beyond beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We loved cooking in the kitchen with the lovely ambiance and amenities left for us. The day we arrived he left us a delicious sweet bread that we could not stop eating. Any questions we had for him he responded within a reasonable manner. If you are looking to stay in a place that makes you feel at home, but also in a place that is unimaginable this is it!

Tout d'abord parlons de la maison, une maison spacieuse sur deux étages avec une architecture bois/pierre magnifique. Un jardin parfait pour se relaxer avec hamac, transat et bien sûr le jaccuzi, un havre de paix si vous voulez avoir un magnifique paysage et de la tranquillité avec le chant des oiseaux. De plus, je voudrais remercier Senta pour avoir été présente pour nous, pour répondre à toutes nos questions. C'est une personne extrêmement bien veillante. Pour finir merci à Lorenzo que nous avons pu rencontrer qui s'est rendu disponible très rapidement quand nous avons eu besoin de lui. Il ne parlait pas très bien anglais ce qui a donné une situation drôle car nous parlons que très peu italien, mais les actes compte plus que les mots. Merci Senta et Lorenzo. Nous reviendrons !!! Wow. There aren’t really words to describe how beautiful the villa and its setting are. Roberto and Sofia were amazing. Everything you needed and more. We will most definitely return more than once. Wishing we were still there. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us.

Esperienza semplicemente perfetta. Casa esattamente come nelle foto con una piscina fantastica e vista mozzafiato sul mare. I proprietari Corrado e Beatrice impeccabili, sempre disponibili e attenti a ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo!!

abbiamo soggiornato in 8 amici per il capodanno, nonostante il nostro ritardo all'arrivo Riccardo si è trattenuto per spiegarci la storia della casa e dei suoi dintorni. è sempre stato disponibile ed interessato sulla comodità del nostro soggiorno. la casa è veramente magnifica, ancora più grande di quel che si vede in foto e veramente ben tenuta. il tragitto per arrivare non è semplicissimo ma una volta imparato diventa più semplice.
