A nice comfortable, spacious and clean house. Miranda and her son were very helpful and kind. The view of the beautiful sea, quiet area in a great location.

We had a really enjoyable stay! Giada was fantastic in communication: always available, clear and super kind. The house was very clean and very particular in its structure, really interesting. We were very pleased to find the welcome gift, a really nice touch! We were sorry we could only stay one night, because it would have been great to spend more days in such a special place. Lucia is a very friendly and helpful hostess who is always available. The place is totally beautifully located, walking distance to the sea and yet quiet. However, car is helpful just to explore the great surroundings. Unfortunately, the beds are a little too short for people from 1.90 m. Otherwise, the amenities were simple , functional and clean. We liked it.

We were lucky enough to be hosted in this beautiful home to celebrate our New Year and we couldn't have asked for more! The house was cozy, spacious and clean. Every detail was taken care of: from the comfort of the rooms (well heated) in each apartment to the complete supply of utensils. Margherita proved to be extremely helpful and attentive, giving us the opportunity right away to understand and get to know the place where we would be going but above all she welcomed our every request with kindness. The location was ideal, surrounded by tranquility and easily accessible, and with a surrounding environment that made our midnight toast even more special. The common areas were also perfect for a large group like ours, allowing us to dine and celebrate together comfortably. Highly recommended for those looking for a place to spend time with friends, with a touch of warmth and hospitality that really makes a difference.

Great experience. We stayed with friends during the Christmas period, a cozy house, clean and served with everything you need to spend days relaxing. Very large rooms and super stocked kitchen. Keep in mind that it remains isolated and far from Siena and other tourist centers.

We spent a few days in Vittorio's beautiful home and we must say that we had a great time. brand new with everything you need for breakfast from coffee to cookies. The house is in a very quiet and characteristic place. On the bed, 2 high-quality bathrobes and slippers. the hot tub is the plus that makes the experience unique as well as the Turkish bath in the shower. It features a balcony with a view where you can have an aperitif or lunch. Satisfied in everything and thanks to Vittorio, very kind and helpful.

Maya's villa was wonderful for me and my family. The home itself is large, modernized, clean, and upscale. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are great, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The exterior patio is large, shaded, comfortable, and presents a beautiful view of the surrounding area positioned very nicely at the top of a hill. The pool is large, clean, and a refreshing reprieve from the heat of the summer. You can easily connect your phone to the Bluetooth speakers enhancing the general ambience. They have a handful of items and activities around the property such as a ping pong table, basketball net, swings, climbing ropes, and a tree house. We also loved having the outdoor cats present to greet us daily. Don't worry if you're allergic to cats, they won't affect you. Popular towns like Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Pienza are about 45 minutes to an hour away. Other towns are closer if you prefer others. I highly recommend this property for families.

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

Pier’s place was so beyond beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We loved cooking in the kitchen with the lovely ambiance and amenities left for us. The day we arrived he left us a delicious sweet bread that we could not stop eating. Any questions we had for him he responded within a reasonable manner. If you are looking to stay in a place that makes you feel at home, but also in a place that is unimaginable this is it!

First let's talk about the house, a spacious house on two floors with beautiful wood/stone architecture. A perfect garden to relax with a hammock, deckchair and of course the jaccuzi, a peaceful oasis if you want to have a beautiful landscape and tranquility with bird song. In addition, I would like to thank Senta for being there for us, for answering all our questions. This is an extremely caring person. Finally, thanks to Lorenzo whom we were able to meet and who made himself available very quickly when we needed him. He did not speak English very well which gave a funny situation because we speak very little Italian, but actions count more than words. Thanks Senta and Lorenzo. We'll be back!!! Wow. There aren’t really words to describe how beautiful the villa and its setting are. Roberto and Sofia were amazing. Everything you needed and more. We will most definitely return more than once. Wishing we were still there. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us.
