Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Arezzo

We hadden een schitterende vakantie in dit mooie appartement gelegen in een prachtige tuin met zwembad. Bij aankomt werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Valentina en haar papa. Ze was ook altijd bereikbaar voor info en culinaire tips of gewoon een babbeltje. Het domein is perfect onderhouden en het zwembad wordt dagelijks gereinigd. Wij houden van deze regio en de ligging tussen Cortona en Castiglion Fiorentino is voor ons perfect. Wij komen zeker terug!

This is a really good sized apartment. It has recently been done up so everything pretty much brand new. All done in fairly neutral colours design. It’s very central and on one of the main high end shopping streets yet a short walk to interesting historic old town. V close to excellent Roman museum and amphitheater. Despite being on Main Street the actual apartment is at the back of the building so v quiet. Has nice green outlook at back to the next apartment block. Has small balcony so can sit out if want to. Front door to apartment is like Fort Knox bolts all way round frame so very very secure. Beds very very comfortable tons of storage space not that you need it on short trip. Well kitted kitchen not that you really need it as eating out steps away and cheap. Two pristine bathrooms with softest fluffiest towels seen in a while. Virginia excellent communication proactive - only thing worried me was entry via smart phone what happens if lost or battery flat . Would say max 4 or 6

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

Alloggio in un fantastico borgo immerso nella natura e in posizione ottima per visitare i magnifici dintorni. Completamente restaurato e rimesso in vita da Renato, un ospite ottimo che si prende cura dei suoi ospiti. Molto consigliato.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Vooral het zwembad vonden we heerlijk, mede vanwege het prachtige uitzicht. Het appartement is rijkelijk uitgerust en bevindt zich op een ideale plek om omliggende dorpen en steden te verkennen. Kortom, een aanrader dus!

Ci serviva un posticino per una notte e ci imbattiamo in questo appartamento. Gia nelle conversazioni precedenti al giorno del check in valentina si è mostrata disponibile, educata e proattiva. All’arrivo ci riceve la mamma manuela che ci ha accoglie in maniera estremamente carina ed esaustiva. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. L’appartamento è grande (anche più di quello che a noi serviva) e comprensivo di ogni comfort. Piccolo dettaglio che a me appassionato è piaciuto molto sono le imbarcazione costruite a mano. Molto molto belle. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato anche per la posizione perché ho scoperto che umbertide è veramente un bel paese. Grazie Valentina e Manuela

La casa di Sasso è uno spazio meraviglioso immerso nel verde di una collina con vista sulla città di Arezzo, con alle spalle e tutto intorno il bosco, le vigne e gli ulivi. La casa è molto grande ed accogliente, ideale per soggiornare in più famiglie, come abbiamo fatto noi, ma suddivisa in maniera perfetta anche per chi preferisce avere spazi propri, sia all'interno che all'esterno. Arredata con il gusto tipico della campagna toscana, rustico ma allo stesso tempo funzionale sotto tutti i punti di vista. Riccardo è un host molto simpatico e disponibile. Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni davvero piacevoli e rilassanti, torneremo sicuramente.

Il soggiorno nell'alloggio di Mario è stato molto confortevole. Ho apprezzato la pulizia dell'appartamento e il fatto che ci sia stata la possibilità di un check-in e di un check-out davvero flessibile e anche l'ottima comunicazione. Appartamento davvero consigliato in un territorio splendido per le passeggiate in montagna.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Thank you to Sebastiano for what was a truly wonderful stay. Initially, I thought that location was too remote but quickly I fell in love with the peace, stunning scenery and nature. Our 15 month old daughter was immediately joyful on arrival, lovely vibe at the apartment.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Als wir in das schöne Zuhause von Andreas und Natchana angekommen sind waren wir begeistert von den Charme und der Einrichtung. Hier ist der perfekte Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch die Lage war perfekt, es sind zwei liebe Orte in der Nähe wenn man nicht weit fahren möchte. Aber auch schöne Ausflugsziele wie Florenz & Siena sind in ca. 1 - 1/2 Stunden erreichbar sowie viele andere liebe Orte. Können das Casa Sul Mezo sehr empfehlen. Haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

The property is located in a beautiful setting, with wonderful views across the Umbrian countryside. Despite being a short drive from Umbertide, it feels rural and is a great place to relax in nature. The host’s directions meant it was easy to find. The house benefits from a fabulously large pool - which we enjoyed every day (despite the changeable Autumnal weather!). The master bedroom was large with a luxurious bathroom (great bathtub views across the valley!). The property was clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. We found the property ideally located for exploring Umbria, with lots of hiking close by and easy access to many beautiful towns and villages. A lovely stay and would highly recommend! Many thanks.

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile a Casa Elisa, situata ai piedi della splendida Cortona. L'atmosfera che si respira è magica: una fusione perfetta tra la tradizione toscana e il comfort moderno. Le camere sono eleganti e abbastanza spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino con piscina è un'oasi di tranquillità, ideale per rilassarsi con un buon libro o per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto. Ma è il calore e l'accoglienza della famiglia di Elisa a rendere il soggiorno davvero speciale. La loro disponibilità nel fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti consigliati fa la differenza. Consiglio vivamente Casa Elisa a chiunque voglia scoprire la bellezza della Toscana, vivendo un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

Ho pernottato presso questa struttura nel periodo dei mercatini, ottima la vicinanza con essi e le varie piazze, La struttura sembra come di stare a casa, la cucina incantevole e particolare, bagni super puliti , tutto come da descrizione, camera da letto spaziosa e confortevole, è stato molto piacevole trovarla su due piani la casa, anche la zona comfort che divide le scale dalla parte superiore è ben piazzata e bella, bagno superiore padronale ampio e la scala posta affianco al lavandino ha il suo fascino. Super comoda dai mercatini , zona centrare e per visitare varie chiese. Se siete ad Arezzo dovete pernottare qui! Host super disponibile e sempre presente, si sta d’incanto.

Carlo é stato molto gentile nonostante l’arrivo molto tardi. L’alloggio é molto vicino al centro congressi e quindi molto comodo per chi deve recarsi lì.

Desde el primer momento nos hemos sentido como en casa. Ciro es super atento y nos ha recomendado sitios para ir a cenar y las mejores formas de llegar a Florencia desde el apartamento, nos ha puesto facilidades para todo. EL apartamento está muy cerca de la estación de incisa, que comunica en tren con Florencia. Nosotros fuimos con coche y se puede aparcar sin problema. Es un pueblo con mucho encanto con un río muy bonito que lo atraviesa. Un acierto absoluto este apartamento.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment is beautiful. The view is beautiful. The people are kind and welcoming. I would come back in a heartbeat. Even though the location is quite remote there is a excellent restaurant/pub walking distance from the apartment. It's an 8 minute drive into Montevarchi. I had some issues finding it but discovered that was an issue with Google Maps. Both Waze and Apple Maps had clear, easy to follow, instructions. Highly recommended.

Caterina è simpatica, gentilissima e sempre presente tramite messaggio per qualsiasi cosa, in caso di bisogno. La casa è molto carina ma soprattutto pulitissima, la descrizione coincide perfettamente con quanto scritto. Nel caso dovessi avere bisogno per qualsiasi motivo di dovermi fermare di nuovo in zona, so dove alloggiare! Grazie davvero per la tua disponibilità e cortesia

Molto bella la location , essenziale ma funzionale. Gran comodità avere la possibilità di utilizzare il ristorante (previa prenotazione). Spunti di miglioramento, maggior attrezzatura in cucina(mancavano posate , apribottiglie, nulla di non recuperabile dopo segnalazione), i cuscini del letto abbastanza scomodi. Torneremo volentieri

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per tre giorni. L'alloggio è corrispondente alla descrizione, funzionale e ben fornito, in ordine e pulito. Host super gentile e disponibile, chiaro nelle indicazioni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!
