Guesthouse vacation rentals in Province of Arezzo

Our summer ending holiday was wonderfull in James summer house villa. Area was peacefull, warm atmosfear, nature sounds and lights, lot of posibillities to explore the nature and beautiful landscape by foot or car. Good equipment, furniture, swiming pool, even yoga ir gym space for morning or evening practice. James is verry wellcoming person, I was verry lucky with my choise, who brought me to this place and and to such a wonderfull person. I realy recomend this place to people who want to enjoy the moment and warm wellcomeing. Best regards, James!

This is an amazing place to stay. The location is beautiful and perfect to explore the region. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves for most of the time we were there. The facilities are amazing and you have everything you need for a true break. Alain’s recommendations were great and he was an incredibly helpful host.

My boyfriend and I were allowed to spend a whole week in the wonderful place. Nicole and Marcel were wonderful hosts! We were greeted with a welcome drink and immediately felt warmly welcomed. If we had any questions or needed anything, we were immediately helped and provided with tips and recommendations. The room was super cozy and sparkling clean. In addition to the small coffee kitchen (dishes, kettle, French press), we were even provided with coffee powder. The bed was totally cozy and we haven't slept so well in a long time. The large pool was really worth its weight in gold on the hot summer days. We also found the private fenced garden super great. In general, we can only say that it was a great vacation in a great place. We thank you for the great time and the nice evenings together and that you shared your little paradise with us. It was a great place to stay. Highly recommendable! Close to all kinds of attractions. Hosts are quick to respond and helpful. Pool was great!

Great place to decompress in deep Italy but you should not want to visit major tourist cities because the path is long, but there are plenty of villages and small towns in the surrounding area that are beautiful and not very touristy. Anke is super helpful and yet very discreet. Go there and enjoy the silence of the view and the sweetness.
