Condo vacation rentals in Province of Arezzo

Was soll man sagen, Marian und Luca waren mehr als Hilfsbereit. Auf diesem Weg möchten wir einfach nochmal Danke sagen! Das Wort nein hab es bei den beiden nicht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch mit Kleinkind und Hund wurden wir nicht nur freu dlich empfangen sondern die beiden waren auch für die Gastgeber gefühlt ein Highlight. Danke danke danke. Wir werden uns Wiedersehen. Gaia è un ost veramente perfetto! Gentile chiara e rapida… La casa è snche meglio che come appare in foto… super curata arredata con stile e attenzione… non manca niente x viverla s pieno! Soggiornare in questa casa è un’esperienza. Un fine settimana di pure relax e gioia. La vasca idromassaggio poi una chicca che rende tutto speciale! Consigliatissima!!!!!! A presto! Xche’ è diventato posto del cuore!!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Lorenzo and his family were amazing hosts. The property is well maintained and the pool was refreshing after a day of visiting Tuscany. You need a car but many Tuscan towns are within a 30-40 minute drive. The charming town of Lucignano is a 10-15 minute drive from the property. It has the best gelato!! If you want a place to retreat to at the end of a busy day then this is the place for you.

Auch wenn das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt hat, hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das Häuschen war sehr rustikal und gemütlich, dadurch hat man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter wohl gefühlt. Laura war immer erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Unser Hund konnte sich auf dem Grundstück, welches riesig und komplett eingezäunt ist, frei bewegen und hat täglich mit dem hauseigenen Hund gespielt. Es war eine schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße an Laura, ihren Mann und COLORADO 🖤

Wow! That describes what we felt once we arrived at this Flat! It is very spacious, tastefully decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped and it was spotless clean! Everything you need for great vacations you find here. Location is amazing for someone that wants a good base to travel around Tuscany. We recommend visiting the Antinori Winery in Chianti (make sure to book the wine tasting or lunch at their restaurant in advance, otherwise you cannot even access their premises). For those that like to combine vacations and shopping, the flat is located 10 minutes away by car from “The Mall”, a big luxury/designer outlet nearby. Jonny was always very kind and helpful throughout all our communication and recommended us some amazing restaurants! We will definitely come back and also recommend this AirBnb to friends and Family. Thanks for everything Jonny. We loved our stay and we felt like home 💜

Laura e’ una persona molto disponibile e gentilissima, ci ha indicato tutti i posti migliori da visitare durante il soggiorno oltre ad orari e interessi. Appartamento situato in posizione ottima e pulito, proprio come essere a casa. Sicuramente torneremo e nell’occasione ringrazio.

We had a delightful stay in this airbnb! Claudia was so lovely and accommodating. Very generous with lots of insight to the area. The village shop run by her sister is absolutely sweet with a great range of goods and we had an absolutely delicious meal there too! Would highly recommend this stay in Quota :)

Bell'appartamento, confortevole e molto attrezzato. Ideale per chi ha un cagnolino. Centro città raggiungibile a piedi. Host gentile e disponibile.

A great place to stay when are in Arezzo. Property is all single owned and even has side yard &. some backyard...In the middle of the city! Sure, its a 10-12 min brisk walk into the heart of downtown. But that's what makes this place special & quiet. Hosts were very helpful in connecting one of our group to local wine tasting room who assisted us in setting up some self-drive tasting adventures. A another in our group asked for a few things which could not found in apt, and host responded in minutes. We can't really say anything bad the apt or host re our 7nht stay.

Vacanza indimenticabile. L'agriturismo e la piscina sono immersi nella natura. Sdraio, lettini, ombrelloni, tutto l'ambiente della piscina e la zona privata di giardino sono molto curati. La parte privata di giardino è a vista ma questo non disturba. Casa pulitissima. Ci piacerebbe ritornare.

posto tranquillo sia per noi che per il nostro cane che ha fatto subito amicizia con i 2 cani dell'host (Bretta e Charly)❤️❤️❤️ , torneremo appena possibile!!!

What a hidden gem! It is exactly what you think of when it comes to an authentic Italian household! The pictures do not do it justice, the views are incredible! Every morning we were treated to a cloud inversion over the valley, it was jaw droppingly good! The food in the restaurant was top notch and reasonably priced also! The family are super friendly and would always greet us and go out of their way to have a conversation which made us feel really welcomed! The farm just down by the pool area is such a nice touch and the local dog Franchi is such a good boy too 😃 We would have loved to do the day trip with the family but we didn't have enough time as we were only there for 2 nigjt! We highly recommend staying here and would 100% go back in a heart beat!

We loved staying at the Santa Lucia Farmhouse and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting this region. The property itself is incredible. We loved the sunsets over the Tuscan hills and hanging out near the pool during sunset gave us incredible photos of the sun reflecting off of the water. We loved walking outside of the property to explore the beauty along the road as well. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen is new and has everything you need to cook from home. The views from each window were beautiful as well. Francesca's recommendations in the guidebook were very helpful too for days when we went out into Asciano or the towns nearby. We visited Siena and Arezzo during our stay and had a lot of fun exploring these towns and then coming home to the peaceful farmhouse. Also notable is that Francesca made the check-in process super easy with short videos of how to get inside the property. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, Francesca!

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Kids love it and kitchen are well equip!! Thanks marco for your beautiful place and hosting us!!! I recommend this place for quiet country side place.

Spent a lovely week at Marco’s holiday place. The flat was decorated traditionally, In immaculate condition and well kitted out ( there were snacks and cold drinks waiting in the fridge). We used the private back patio for breakfasts and after dinner drinks with a view of the countryside! The pool and grounds are great and my toddler loved the trampoline . Parking was easy and the property is easy to access ( no gravel/steep roads etc) Lastly and importantly, Marco and his mother are really nice! He gave a great recommendation for a local pizza place with sunset views and was very helpful generally

Che dire abbiamo passato una settimana serena e tranquilla proprio quello di cui avevamo bisogno , non sono mancati anche i momenti di combriccola tra i vicini di casa simpatici e il proprietario Leonardo che non ci ha fatto mancare nulla sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta e piacevole la sua compagnia ,sempre discreto ma al tempo stesso sempre presente al bisogno,ma soprattutto ci ha fatto sentire a casa! La struttura è meravigliosa, immersa nel verde e con una piscina dalla vista incredibile. La camera era pulitissima e con tutti i comfort possibili. Abbiamo interagito molto con una gentilissima signora della reception, molto cordiale e disponibile. Il vino che abbiamo degustato inoltre era eccezionale , vale la pena soggiornarci anche solo per una notte! Estremamente raccomandato

We had a fantastic week at Argena. The views from the terrace are some of the most incredible we’ve ever seen in Tuscany - truly mesmerizing. Vincent was a wonderful host - from greeting us with drinks, giving us local recommendations to showing us the nearby forest lake where you can swim and kayak (a thoroughly memorable afternoon), he really went over and above. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well equipped and good value. As well as Lucignano which is lovely, it is well situated to visit Arezzo - great for shopping, Siena, Montepulciano and Florence. A brilliant find!

Lieu atypique avec une vue magnifique, reposant, au calme et avec un bon couchage pour la chambre parentale. Grand privilège d'avoir pu écouter Jack jouer du piano. Petit bémol pour l'utilisation assez restrictive des parties communes. Mais le charme global du site compense ces aspects négatifs. Comme précisé par Scott et Imogen dans le descriptif, il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule 4×4 pour y accéder.

Bellissimo agriturismo immerso nella campagna toscana. Il Sig. Paolo è stato molto gentile e disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo.
