Notes: During the European Football Championship the apartment will be available for 2 people max, (possibly with 2 children from 12 years). Parties and loud soccer evenings are not permitted out of consideration for my neighbors. The City of Berlin charges an additional 7.5% citytax.

This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

GLAMPING NUTHETAL ist ein Rückzugsort der ganz besonderen Art. Direkt vor den Toren Potsdams und Berlins liegt das ca 1200m2 große Grundstück. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich 3 GLAMPING Zelte sowie 2 Häuser mit Bädern und Küche. Das 18m2 große "Starlight" Zelt mit Platz für 4 Personen, sowie zwei kleinere 3x3m Zelte ("Sunset" & "Sunrise") , mit jeweils Platz für 2 Personen. Bucht ihr für 10 Personen, stellen wir noch ein extra Zelt auf oder zwei Personen schlafen im Haus, ganz wie ihr wollt.

Verlebe nach aufregenden Berlin-Abenteuern entspannende Stunden in meiner Eigentumswohnung. Das sonnige Appartement der Wohnanlage „immergrün“ macht seinem Namen alle Ehre: Es verfügt über einen bepflanzten Balkon und eine 38 qm große begrünte Dachterrasse mit Blick über Berlin. Es eignet sich auch phantastisch für eine Workation mit Homeoffice-Platz und schnellem W-Lan. Trotz Zentrumsnähe sind das Viertel und das Appartement ruhig gelegen und die Nachbarn sehr freundlich und ordentlich.

Potsdam mit allen Attraktionen, wie Sanssouci und vielen anderen Schlössern und Parkanlagen ist nur 10 km entfernt und kann über den Havel-Radweg oder mit ÖVP schnell erreicht werden, insofern man auf den PKW verzichten möchte. In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 10 km) befindet sich der „Märkische Golfclub Potsdam“ und ein Reiterhof.

The place is very cosy to stay at, it's ideally located 100m away from Boxhagener Platz in an adjacent street, so you could experience the lively atmosphere of one of the best spots in Berlin and at the same time have it quite and peaceful at night, the bedroom windows are facing the backyard. The area is full of life and is filled with plenty of cafés, restaurants, little shops, bars, parks and clubs.

Wohnen am Theaterpark

Die Ferienwohnung (ca. 48 qm) befindet sich im Hochparterre mit sechs Treppenstufen bis zum separaten Eingang der Wohnung. Sie liegt am nordöstlichen Rand des Theaterparks, unmittelbar im Zentrum der Stadt. Aus allen Zimmern blickst Du auf den vor unserem Grundstück liegenden Theaterpark. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz (Grundstück ist vollständig umzäunt) befindet sich direkt an der Unterkunft.

The Special Place

Hoch oben im gelben Eckhaus am Park: Viele Quadratmeter und die Möglichkeit, bis zu 12 Gäste unterzubringen, erlauben es, von hier aus mit der ganzen Familie und mit Freunden Berlin zu erobern und zu Feiern! Ein Mal-Atelier im Dachgestühl, selbst errichtet. Wir sind Künstlerin und Designer und haben einen Malsaal, ein Schlafzimmer, eine grosse Wohnküche, ein Wellness-Bad und ein Gäste- und Spielzimmer passgenau eingebaut. Das ist Eure Unterkunft!
