Short term living in the back of the international photo-gallery UNO ART SPACE In the second, the back room is a convenient, fast folding double sofa bed available, storage, clothes rack, etc. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, etc.. Shower, toilet. There is a radio, but no TV. The stay in the feudal district is nice and comfortable: There are many pubs, bakeries, cafes, shopping, supermarket, pizza service, and in the immediate vicinity. Bus 43 stops - the city center, 2 minutes entfertn and subway Marienplatz with U1 and U14 - Central Station-5 - 10 minute walk. Woods, vines and downtown within walking distance or with ÖNV. Theatre ramp nearby.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Within walking distance of the city center in a quiet street is this small room (13 m²), furnished according to the British model, in a guest house with a total of 6 rooms. It offers a high-quality double box-spring bed, wardrobe, table and chair, "hospitality tray," a flat-screen TV and of course high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a modern, private small bathroom. Not far from the property there is a good bakery, several cafes, an organic shop and good restaurants as well as nice little shops.

Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
