Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

This house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is a natural pool, an outdoor kitchen, a play area for children and a wonderful view directly into the countryside. The house also includes eleven chickens with fresh eggs every day. From May there are always fresh fruits and vegetables to harvest. The property is located between Tübingen and Reutlingen in a quiet zone. The Holzelfingen ski arena, the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve and Stuttgart are about 30 minutes away by car.

A sauna in the basement is available for an additional fee. The nearest shopping opportunity is only 2 km away. The large garden features a trampoline and a pool. In the basement, there’s a game room and fitness area – ideal for children. The surroundings provide a peaceful oasis where you can recharge for daily life and feel completely at ease. ❤️

From June, the heated pool is open until approx. the beginning of September. Pool for shared use and by arrangement.
