The double room is in a quiet location in the countryside on the 1st floor of an apartment building. Parking is in the immediate vicinity. We live right next door.

The 73 sqm loft is part of a small, listed, former vineyard in the middle of Kirchberg an der Murr, about 25 minutes north of Stuttgart. Idyllically located between Backnang and the Schiller city of Marbach. Living in the sawmill is CO2-neutral – thanks to a PV system, charging station for electric cars, green electricity and pellet heating. And if you want, you can also get there by S-Bahn train.

An idyllic forest with beautiful walking paths, a playground and running tracks is only 100 meters away.

Unsere mit Holz beheizte Faßsauna ist mit der Naturdusche bei unseren Gästen sehr beliebt. Die Sauna kann kostenpflichtig gebucht werden. Auch Frühstück kann auf Anfrage dazu gebucht werden
