The modern 2.5 room apartment is located in Kernen-Rommelshausen. The apartment is only a 6-minute walk from the S-Bahn station. From there you can reach Bad-Cannstatt (Cannstatter Wasen) in 12 minutes by car as well as the Königstrasse in Stuttgart in 18 minutes by car. A bus stop is 100 meters from the house, which serves the destinations Waiblingen, Fellbach and Esslingen. In addition to the beautiful countryside, you can also walk to all the necessary things.(Edeka, ALDI, pharmacies, etc.)

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Within walking distance of the city center in a quiet street is this small room (13 m²), furnished according to the British model, in a guest house with a total of 6 rooms. It offers a high-quality double box-spring bed, wardrobe, table and chair, "hospitality tray," a flat-screen TV and of course high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a modern, private small bathroom. Not far from the property there is a good bakery, several cafes, an organic shop and good restaurants as well as nice little shops.
