The stay in the feudal district is nice and comfortable: There are many pubs, bakeries, cafes, shopping, supermarket, pizza service, and in the immediate vicinity. Bus 43 stops - the city center, 2 minutes entfertn and subway Marienplatz with U1 and U14 - Central Station-5 - 10 minute walk. Woods, vines and downtown within walking distance or with ÖNV. Theatre ramp nearby.

Very well connected to the inner city (U1, U9). In about 5 minutes, you are in the center of Stuttgart, and at the same time, the forest is within walking distance. The semi-elevated location gives you a very beautiful view over the city. Our house is occupied by four people. Please note: There is no barrier-free access to the house (stairs).
