Fantastic! It was a really nice stay! Accommodation: superbly equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. There were even small towels in front of the door to clean the dog's paws. As in the description there was an animal alarm system, but this was known and also not disruptive. Location: Fantastic! The view from the conservatory was like in the picture book. From the property you could directly climb a hiking trail, perfect for people and dogs. Will definitely come back!

It is a lovely house with everything you need. Very nice to be able to use the sauna and the swimming pond. I would recommend this house to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Stephan’s apartment. It is beautiful, comfortable and furnished with all amenities. In addition, parking is conveniently located close by. The apartment is close to public transportation, local stores and restaurants. Stephan and his family were gracious and accommodating. They were available and responsive offering assistance throughout my 3 weeks stay. I really enjoyed my visit! I highly recommend Stephan’s AirB&B for an excellent experience!

Super apartment with everything you could ever need! It is also very suitable for longer stays (washing machine, iron & ironing board, etc.). Host Patrick is extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times. Glad to come back!

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. Everything that we needed from washing machine, and iron to tea, coffee, bathroom items and so on was readily available. This place was perfect for my partner and I who were visiting friends in the area for a wedding. A generously spacious flat perfect for 2 people. There are tones of coffee shops in the area, great location and easily accessible. Next time we are visiting we know where we’ll be staying!

Recently, I lived in Stuttgart for 30 years, I did not know the Birkenäcker district. This was built in the years 1965-75, it is very quiet, but not particularly easy to reach by public transport. By car, it would be easier except for the full parking lots. I had my bike with me and was in the city center in 18 minutes. The house is a multi-family house, built around 1975, the apartment is located in the attic. A private entrance door, small hall, bathroom with simple shower and toilet, small kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave. The basic spices and oil/vinegar are available. The living room with two separate single beds is spacious, large window front to the roof terrace. In the warm season, it can certainly get very warm up there, a fan is available for this, the TV is larger than the one I have at home. The landlord, Heinz, is very friendly, although Heinz is no longer very good on foot, he showed me the house

I loved staying at this central apartment. It us a very quiet area and also a very quiet building, so I slept really well.

An impeccable ground floor apartment, it lacked nothing, very nice bathtub and extra large sofa, super comfortable! Functional kitchen, dishwasher and parking space right in front appreciated! Our hosts have always been very responsive, accommodation to be recommended 👌🏼

The apartment was spacious, very clean and ideally located – just a few minutes from the city. Especially practical: an excellent bakery is right next door. The host was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Overall a very enjoyable stay, which I am happy to recommend!

Very comfortable apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is perfectly comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, the shower is wonderful! Stefan’s house is nestled in a location that feels like a dream come true—a charming wooden home surrounded by scenic hiking trails and overlooking a small flowing river. It’s one of the most breathtaking spots we’ve ever visited! The two-bedroom apartment was cozy and fully equipped with everything we needed. Since we were a family of five and staying for an extended period (10 nights), we requested a few additional items, and Stefan was always quick to accommodate our needs. He even shared some of his beers and special drinks made by his mother, which added a personal touch to our stay. Stefan’s place is ideal for families with young children. There’s a playground, a swimming pool, friendly pets, and easy trails that kids can enjoy. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in local German culture with a charming farmhouse vibe, I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Stefan and family, for making our holiday so memorable! 😊

It was a great three-day stay and much needed break! The flat was well-located if you are interested in being well-tucked inside the black forest. Even though it's a 15 walk to the station (and to the supermarkets), you quickly get used to this walk. Good starting point for many hikes (especially when the s-bahn sometimes acts out, you can spontaneously plan a local hike that goes into the National Park). The flat was cosy, well-equipped and had everything we needed for a short stay. Sibylle is very responsive, explains everything clearly and was kind enough to accommodate to our needs Will definitely recommend (budget-friendly) for this region - especially with the Konus Card as an add-on for regional travel!

The stay at Renate was great. The apartment is exactly right for what we were looking for. With the games room and pool, the stay is more than a typical AirBnB :). Also the parking space in the underground parking is great. There is only no storage for expensive e-bikes.
