The paths to the city center and many attractions are short and within walking distance. There are numerous amenities in the immediate vicinity such as a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, organic shop, and restaurants. In the house, there are four apartments and two medical practices, behind which there is a parking lot that is locked at night.

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

The apartment is designed with high-quality furniture, equipped with an extra sauna room and stretches over 2 floors. There are two free parking spaces, as well as free Wi-Fi available.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.
