The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

A real break and pure nature, perfect for solo travelers, friends and couples. Ideal as a quiet place for creative work. Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house lies with magnificent views from the sun terrace. The house includes 1,200 sqm of natural garden, which is completely fenced. Here, you can experience forest dwellers. In the morning squirrel, Milan at noon, deer in the evening or the chew at night. For nature observation, squirrel feed, binoculars and wildlife camera are used.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, glasses, silverware, dishes, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, and a coffee maker.
