The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. It is five minutes to the Künstlerhaus Betanien, ten minutes to the "Badeschiff," a swimming pool with a pontoon floating on the Spree, from which you can admire large passing ships. Quickly get away The transport connection is perfect. You are 300 m from the U-Bahn [subway], 800 m from the S-Bahn [suburban train] and can reach all the cultural highlights and centers of Berlin in no time. Your home away from home The apartment has been furnished with carefully selected individual pieces according to all the rules of interior design. A heated floor made of smoked oak real wood parquet forms the matching – and barefoot warm – stylish basis. Much of the furniture comes from the boardroom of a former sauerkraut factory in Brandenburg – discovered by a friendly location scout during the filming of a film project. For comfort and well-being, there is a large bright bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a kitchen with an induction stove, microwave, various kitchen appliances such as a kettle, etc. and a practical washing machine.
