U-Bahn und Busse (z.B. U2 oder M45) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (U-Ruhleben und U-Olympiastadion). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

Living in an apartment for 1 - 2 people overlooking the treetops in a quiet, green location in Berlin-Charlottenburg, 1-minute walk from the S 3 and S 9. Trade fair, Waldbühne, Olympic Stadium, 20 minutes to West City, 6 minutes to Spandau long-distance train station. Non-smoking accommodation and no party zone no alcoholic football fans please. Towels, coffee and tea are of course available.
