Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

100m2 Apartment at Lake Caputh, Potsdam + Berlin

In the picturesque village of Caputh, where Einstein once lived, you are right on Lake Caputh. You can use my huge 1260m2 garden with barbecue, garden furniture, air mattresses, children's pool, SUPs & hire bikes. Only 10min with Regio & bus to Potsdam! Also perfect for cycling around the lake on the Europaweg & to Sanssouci Palace. Everything your heart desires for your well-being is in the holiday flat. Beds with linen, bathroom with towels & kitchen are fully equipped.

Vacation home "Inselgarten"

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Exclusive quarters in the manor house

A beautifully furnished, modern, and rustically furnished apartment with 110 square meters of living space and an 8 square meter terrace awaits you. The apartment is located in an old manor house, which is used as a multi-generational home. Like all other apartments, it has a separate entrance. The apartment can be heated via wall radiators, underfloor heating, or a fireplace. The floors are made of tiles or pine planks.

Lakeside house

This unique property offers a perfect blend of history and modern comfort. The historic ballroom gives every event a special charm, while the lake terrace offers stunning views and a place of rest. Thanks to the excellent Internet access, you can also stay productive in the midst of this idyll. The property is ideal for corporate events, family gatherings, celebrations, yoga retreats or a relaxing vacation.

Beach house Wuwi

The guest rooms and the large roof terrace offer a wonderful view of Lake Wusterwitz. Located directly on the beach promenade, a stay invites you to walks, bike tours, fishing, swimming and boat trips. Rental of two kayaks and bicycles is possible. The property has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms toilet/sink/shower, a small guest kitchen and washing machine. No smoking inside the house and pets are NOT allowed.

Vacation home on historic farm estate

Experience unforgettable moments in this special and family-friendly place. On a quiet, historic farm, you will find many opportunities to relax. On the grounds there is a natural playground and a sunny terrace that invites you to barbecue and linger. The nearby swimming area at Lake Teupitz is approx. 200 meters away. Shopping (supermarket) can be reached quickly. Bicycles are available, free of cost.
