New built apartment (approx. 60 sqm) with separate entrance at the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two separate beds, one room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, baking oven) and one large bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, laundry dryer. Max. capacity is four adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

One Bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered loungers, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. A charcoal barbecue and 3 bikes are available. Train S7 and bus can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and you can take both to the city in 35 minutes.

If you are looking for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city or want to spend a romantic weekend, you can really relax here in the private wellness area. The rustic tiny house offers a spacious sauna (wood-burning stove, Himalayan salt wall), a private swimming pool and a relaxation room with loungers, kitchen, large shower and underfloor heating. Wood, towels and bathrobes are provided for free.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key issue. The arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

Kick back and relax in this cozy space. You can relax on the lounge terrace surrounded by gardens. Here in the lovingly landscaped greenery, you will be woken up by birdsong. In the nearby Babelsberger Park you can not only visit the castle, but also go hiking, jogging, cycling or swimming in the beach. You can swim in your own pool from May onwards. Despite the quiet location, you are quickly in Potsdam and Berlin due to a very good connection.

Rurally located in the small village of Grebs in the Hoher Fläming, 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden offers plenty of space to relax. 🌳 Our newly renovated apartment on the second floor invites you to linger in its modern style. 🙆🏼‍♂️🙆🏻‍♀️ Of course, we also have a pool and a jacuzzi (covered outside), and they are included.
