Hello, I am Viktor and as a superhost I would like to make your stay in Nuremberg a great one. A cool studio apartment awaits you in a central location between the castle and the main market. The apartment is modernly decorated and offers space for up to 4 guests to relax and linger. You can also look forward to a coffee maker, smart TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, hairdryer and much more. Due to the great location, the typical destinations - old town/center, sightseeing, train station - are easily accessible.

Our apartment is located 500 m from the old town of Nuremberg. You can walk into the city, to many museums and sights in only a few minutes. To the airport you can go by metro in only 20 minutes. To the fair you can also go by metro (15 minutes) or by car (about 20 minutes). The building is an historic building, completely renovated in 2016. It is furnished with a mixture of new modern and antique furniture, everything in white and grey with natural wood elements.

Attractive and quietly located 3-room apartment centrally located and close to the train station ideal for business people, trade fair visitors and tourists. All public transportation, shopping and the old town are within walking distance. The Christmas market is a comfortable 15-minute walk through Christmas-decorated streets and the fair usually takes a maximum of 15 minutes by U-Bahn [subway] (it is only 5 stops from us).

In addition to a sleeping area with a high-quality box spring bed, you will find a large bathroom and a living area with an open kitchen. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay with us in Nuremberg. Due to its location in a side street, the apartment is also very quiet.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

This is a private room in a very centrally located apartment with shopping, many restaurants and pubs nearby. The Christmas market and many other sights are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The Sebalder Höfe parking garage is 300 meters away. Good connection to the three U-Bahn lines. The apartment is available to you alone as I am currently abroad.
