Two bus stops and parking spaces are right outside the door. Numerous cycling and hiking trails open up the surroundings. The house is a renovated monument with old beams and sometimes a little creaking wooden floor on the upper floor.

Central, small basement apartment with separate entrance. 120 x 200 bed, suitable for one (1) person only. Self check-in via a lockbox (code on the day of arrival) Netflix and DAZN are available. The accommodation has a very weak internet connection, so it is not suitable for working from home. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen. In addition, the bathroom was recently renovated and has a shower, a sink and a toilet. Bed linens, shower towel and hand towel are provided.

Beautiful, bright and high-quality flat (115m²) on the second floor including balcony (10m²) and elevator. 1 large box spring bed 200x200, sofa bed with spring core extendable 170x200 and a chaise longue. Bathroom with 1mx1m shower. Washbasin, WC, urinal Right in the heart of Nuremberg just in the middle of the old town with a beautiful view across the fountain "Ehekarusell" and the tower "Weißer Turm". Subway station only 50 meters away, perfect to explore Nuremberg.

Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

Our modern room has a separate entrance, a bathroom and a small kitchen area. Public transport takes you to the city center and the main station in less than five minutes. The trade fair and the airport are about 20 minutes away. The centrally located duplex apartment offers stunning views over the rooftops of Nuremberg. The tram (Deichslerstraße) is right outside the door and the city is about 10-15 minutes on foot. So it is also worth visiting the Christkindlesmarkt. Within walking distance is the local recreation area of Wöhrder See with opportunities for walking, pedal boating or playing table tennis.

This is a private room in a very centrally located apartment with shopping, many restaurants and pubs nearby. The Christmas market and many other sights are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The Sebalder Höfe parking garage is 300 meters away. Good connection to the three U-Bahn lines. The apartment is available to you alone as I am currently abroad.
