The highlight of our 73 sqm non-smoking apartment is the wellness bath with sauna, whirlpool and massage shower. You will enjoy the idyllic location at the foot of Moritzberg. Nevertheless, you can reach in about 7 minutes to the Nuremberg-East highway junction or in about 20 minutes to Nuremberg city center. A fully equipped kitchen, a living area with 55-inch UHD smart TV and two separate bedrooms are also part of the apartment on the first floor. Two parking spaces and Internet are included.

Small wellness oasis with large garden!

In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no enclosed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take a while for the heating to start in Wolken.

The basement apartment with separate entrance is part of a spacious detached house on 2,000 square meters of park-like grounds. The hall with food block, bedroom, shower with sauna, separate toilet and a small terrace form the modern accommodation. Winkelhaid is 3 km east of Nuremberg's city limits and 6 km west of historic Altdorf b. Nuremberg. Exhibition grounds: Nuremberg Exhibition Center is 20 relaxed minutes by car and also easily accessible by public transport.
