The house is situated in a quiet location at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. From here you can reach the cities of Forchheim, Erlangen, Bamberg and Nuremberg by car, bus or S-Bahn. There are plenty of attractions nearby. From the via ferrata, outdoor pools, castles, ruins to kayaking, museums and much more. The place itself offers with its unique church with defensive wall, the 1000 year old linden tree, lively club life, supermarket, 24/7 vending machine, restaurants,... also a lot.

The vacation home offers plenty of space and has been lovingly furnished. The spacious glass fronts provide light-flooded rooms and allow a beautiful view of the countryside. Due to the proximity to many attractions such as the summer toboggan run, devil's cave, climbing forests and wildlife parks, it is a nice place to stay for families, but also ideal for climbers, hikers and nature lovers. Nuremberg and Bayreuth can be reached in about 35 minutes by car, Bamberg in about 45 minutes.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. And yet centrally located with easy access to the city / to the Fair / to the highway? Our spacious house in a green and quiet suburb of Nuremberg is thanks to its convenient location very well suited for business trips as well as great holidays with sightseeing and excursions to the Franconian region.

The two separate apartments have their own entrance and are accessible through their own staircase. The 2 apartments are equipped with several bedrooms, living areas, a private kitchen, a spacious bathroom and an additional guest toilet. The apartments offer a total of about 80 square meters of living space. The location is in a quiet settlement. All attractive tourist spots are relatively easy to reach - such as the old town, trade fair and playmobil land.

In the middle of Gräfenberg, on Michelsberg, our apartment with stunning views is enthroned: Welcome to Kubus 28A. Those looking for peace and relaxation will feel just as comfortable here as the culture enthusiast or active vacationer. Stephan and Michael have created a wonderful apartment with loving attention to detail. Together with Stephan's wife Christiane, we now offer this to guests for a lovely time in Gräfenberg.
