It has a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Although along a medium traffic road, the studio is well isolated against traffic noise. Parking is available along the road. A self-service laundry is just one building away. Metro and bus stations can be reached by foot in 5 min.

The exhibition center and other sights can be reached quickly via the Lorenzkirche underground station. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet and offers a fantastic view of the castle.
