In the middle of a historic farm complex surrounded by vegetable farmers and yet in the middle of the city triangle of Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen, you can experience the metropolitan region directly. Two bus stops and parking spaces are right outside the door. Numerous cycling and hiking trails open up the surroundings. The house is a renovated monument with old beams and sometimes a little creaking wooden floor on the upper floor.

Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

Our modern room has a separate entrance, a bathroom and a small kitchen area. Public transport takes you to the city center and the main station in less than five minutes. The trade fair and the airport are about 20 minutes away. Attractive and quietly located 3-room apartment centrally located and close to the train station ideal for business people, trade fair visitors and tourists. All public transportation, shopping and the old town are within walking distance. The Christmas market is a comfortable 15-minute walk through Christmas-decorated streets and the fair usually takes a maximum of 15 minutes by U-Bahn [subway] (it is only 5 stops from us).
