The perfect place to relax after an exciting day in the capital. On the other hand, a true dog paradise with lots of nature for long walks, for paddling and bike tours on the Havel or the Havel bike path. In addition, there are bathing spots and playgrounds.

To the train station in about 10 minutes (all on foot) and then in 45 minutes to the center of Berlin or in 15 minutes to Tropical Island. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The guest rooms and the large roof terrace offer a wonderful view of Lake Wusterwitz. Located directly on the beach promenade, a stay invites you to walks, bike tours, fishing, swimming and boat trips. Rental of two kayaks and bicycles is possible. The property has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms toilet/sink/shower, a small guest kitchen and washing machine. No smoking inside the house and pets are NOT allowed.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
