Hallo zusammen und herzlich willkommen!! Seit Kindestagen wollte ich ein kleines Häuschen am See- mein kleines Paradies! Das Hausboot ist ein Festanlieger und nicht fahrbar! Aber der Platz ist so schön, dass man ohnehin nicht weg möchte. Ich habe hier ‘nicht für Kleinkinder‘ angegeben -es ist ein Boot und kleinere Kinder müssen unter ständiger Beobachtung sein. Selbstverständlich könnt ihr eure Kinder mitbringen, aber seid euch der Gefahr bitte bewusst und lasst eure Kids NIE aus den Augen!;)

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

"It's so cozy," many guests say. "You can sit comfortably on a large sofa or in a rocking chair and gaze at the water for hours, enjoying the peace and quiet." The houseboat is spacious and eco-friendly, comfortably furnished for 2-4 people. Enjoy underfloor heating and a fireplace in winter, and stargazing on the rooftop terrace in summer. It's surrounded by nature, yet centrally located. The "Waldbühne" is within walking distance, or you can reach the Kurfürstendamm in 15 minutes by car.

Genieße die schöne Umgebung dieses romantischen Fleckchens in der Natur Das geräumige Hausboot hat eine Wohnfläche von 50 qm und eine Dachterrasse von 35 qm und ist mit maximal 6 Personen zu benutzen es befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und eine schlafsofa. Desweiteren Fußbodenheizung, Warmwasser ,Terme voll ausgestatte Küche, einen Gasgrill und Terrassenmöbel. Das Boot ist mit 2 Yamaha Motoren von je 25 PS ausgestattet welches einen Sportboot Führerschein erfordert für Binnengewässer.

The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You do not need a boat license because the houseboat cannot be moved.

LUNA is an exclusive, floating loft-style apartment. On the "LUNA" there is a salon with pantry kitchen, a double closet bed, a shower and a separate toilet. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows make the "LUNA" "blend in" with its environment. Air conditioning and external curtains protect in high heat and ensure pleasant temperatures. On our raft, with solid forest floor under your feet, enjoy the view over the lake, hike, breathe in the forest air, go on bike tours, fish directly from the property or just switch off or play billiards outside with a view of the Silbersee, chat around the fire bowl.
