Our accommodation is located directly on the Lehnitzsee, north of Berlin. Ideal for cyclists, couples, single travelers and small families (2 extra beds are possible in the attic). The separate guest house with lake view is ideal for trips to Berlin and exploring the lovely area. The beach is 150 meters away, the S-Bahn 1.5 km. The Berlin-Copenhagen cycle route runs nearby. In 2013, we had the opportunity to purchase a waterfront property. We were looking for a place to sleep on our road trip through Germany and stayed at Eugen’s place for one night. He was responsive from the start and the place looked just like in the description. When we arrived, he had already put on a fire for us so that we could warm ourselves. The kitchen has everything you need for lunch and breakfast and the bathroom was clean and with hot water. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful and perfect for taking a long walk. We’d love to come back some time!

A small, incredibly beautiful and unexpected paradise. René and his wife welcomed us incredibly lovingly and showed our son (3.5 years) directly the whole farm and the chickens were the highlight for the entire stay. The daily chicken feeding and fresh eggs were not to be missed. Thanks for the getaway and definitely see you next time.

A beautiful retreat from which to explore the surrounding forests, lakes and nature. I took a long walk every morning and evening and got a lot of work done in this surprisingly spacious guest house - the covered and isolated veranda is great. I slept peacefully every night in the well-heated bedroom, surrounded by the surrounding nature. A perfect place to stay if you want to escape the city, and if you need to run some errands, it's just an hour to downtown Berlin. The hosts were super friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The little house is private, cozy and well appointed. The property it sits on is quite nice. From the view out the windows, it feels like a peaceful country setting. The walk to the train is pleasant and the ride into the city center is easy. The neighborhood has two grocery stores and plenty of playgrounds and outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again.

Communication with Sylvia went smoothly in advance and we were warmly welcomed. The place is nice and cozy and in top condition. Although it was very warm outside during our stay, we had a very pleasant temperature in the accommodation even under the roof. The stay at Syliva's is highly recommended!

Christoph and Joanna were very friendly and answered any questions that we had. We were made to feel very welcome. There were nice touches like ensuring the basic food supplies were in the kitchen and in addition, delivering some freshly picked tomatoes and basil to the doorstep. We would recommend if you don’t want to be right in the city. The trams and trains are easy to use and there are supermarkets very close. We had a lovely time staying in their apartment.

Beautiful! 🤩 We felt right at home. The apartment is even nicer than the photos suggest. We found everything we needed. It was wonderful to enjoy coffee in the morning overlooking the Havel. The bed was very comfortable. The location is simply unbeatable. The island is very pretty and cozy. Great cafes and restaurants and a beautiful church can be found. You are super fixed in Potsdam (we were immediately in shock love) and Berlin. We were very warmly welcomed (also with a surprise in the fridge) and said goodbye to the host. 🙏🏼 Definitely recommended. 👍🏼😍
