Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and were pleased that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are beautifully sunny and the location is perfect for us. We just wanted to point out a few small things. The bedrooms could not be darkened. Additional curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine drain. We were able to get a makeshift grip on it with a rubber glove. The lower slide of the dishwasher is defective, making it difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in the lower bedroom Apart from these small things, overall a recommendable and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG Zechengrund. Thank you very much for that. If we are back in the area, we will be happy to come back.

Nice living room with wonderful underfloor heating. The windows all have electric roller blinds with which you can shut yourself off from the world. Or just enjoy the sun through the windows towards the garden where you can enjoy the outdoors when the weather is nice. It was very nice to sleep 🛌 no nuisance from neighbors or wonderfully quiet outside. And Steffen was super friendly and helpful. It was a very nice base to explore Dresden and there are countless nice shops and delicious restaurants in the area.

We loved our stay, everything was perfect and Pavla is a great host. Highly recommended if you look for some rest in the nature!

A wonderfully rustic, spacious place where we experienced fantastic Christmas as a family of 6 plus grandparents. The fireplace really heats the whole house when it's not super cold outside. Norma and Peter are very accommodating.

It was a wonderfully relaxing short trip! You can tell from the house that it has been renovated with a lot of attention and attention to detail. And the uncomplicated communication with Florian makes you feel right at home.

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment is beautiful and offers great views of the countryside. The landlords were always quickly accessible and very friendly, we immediately felt at home. We had a great time in the old rectory – with plenty of space to cook, relax and feel good. The loving decor, the quiet location and the cozy atmosphere made our stay extra special. We will be happy to come back!

Very spacious apartment with 3 large bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, lots of dishes etc + washing machine downstairs shared with two other flats). The three apartments are in a separate house located in a leafy setting, behind an older apartment building - so there is no street noise and plenty of space for kids to run around or to enjoy a glass-of wine on the terrace with tables and chairs. There is plenty of space to park a car directly in-front of the house. There are supermarkets and a tram-stop around the corner and you can be in Dresden old town in 15-minutes.

The house is identical as shown in the photos and it is a nice, quiet location in the fall. The staff is friendly at the reception and answers all questions. The accommodation was clean as we are also used to from the previous accommodations. Gladly come back.

I spent my 60th birthday here with children, grandchildren and my dear wife in this beautiful house. Ideal weather, a great landscape and surroundings as well as the gastronomic food from LaRi and the butcher's shop of the Thomas family from Borna, effectively contributed to making it an unforgettable long weekend for everyone. Many thanks to Kai, the landlord, who was always responsive from planning to execution to checkout without being constantly present, very commendable. Sam is a very nice person. And the house is very good and very big. It is actually a Villa. high ceilings. And there is a big forest at the back. I was living at the ground floor. I will definitely recommend it every one. It is better than the small and tiny apartments.

A real treat to get to know Karina and her place. Both are magical in their own unique way. I look back on some regenerative days full of gratitude. I can also highly recommend Karina's coaching, which I was able to take advantage of. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Glad to come back! 🙏

I stayed over New Years Eve at the beautiful house with my family and we loved it. we had a great time and loved the neighborhood.
