The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

A modern two-story villa is showcased with a striking blend of white and orange exterior. Large windows allow abundant natural light. A neatly paved driveway leads to a covered parking area, completing the home’s inviting facade.

The whole family can relax here. We rent out our town villa during our vacations. Perfect location for families, because it is very quiet, close to Döbeln, but still you have many nearby attractions, such as the castle and dam Kriebstein, Leisnig Castle and the new Karls Erdbeerhof. The A14 is about 5 minutes' drive away. Make yourself at home. All of our daughter's toys can be used. The large southwest terrace invites you to sunbathe.

My place is close to public transport, city center, and parks. You'll love my place because of the location, surroundings and outdoor space. My place is good for couples, traveling alone, adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

A well-appointed bedroom features a spacious bed with patterned bedding and two decorative pillows. Soft lighting is provided by bedside lamps on each side of the bed, illuminating the dark blue accent wall that enhances the serene ambiance.
