The sleeping-living area has a box-spring bed, wardrobe, armchair and a 55 inch TV. The modern bathroom is right next door. The dining area offers a kitchenette. A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. We would like to welcome you to our cozy apartment in the countryside in the village of Pleißa. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach sightseeing cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. There is a nice playground for the smaller children just around the corner. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Equipped for 2 adults and 1 child, you can enjoy Freiberg wonderfully from here or explore the surroundings (such as the World Heritage Site Erzgebirge or Dresden). It consists of a living/bedroom, a small separate kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.
