The hutzenAlm includes two modern, comfortably furnished apartments on the upper floor, each with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (underfloor heating) and a spacious living room/kitchen On the first floor is our cozy hutzenStub. There is our jewel: a red tiled stove that invites you to cook together. A fully equipped country kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, separate oven and induction stove can also satisfy a large family or group of friends. A massive wooden table with corner bench and a cozy sofa invite you to game nights and cozy get-togethers. A large TV and good Wi-Fi are also part of the hutzenAlm equipment. Also on the first floor is our wellness area with sauna and tub. In our spacious hutzenSauna you can sweat, relax, chill, breathe deeply and look directly into nature through the large windows. At the same time, you can enjoy the crackling of the fireplace in the lounge corner or in the hanging chair. To cool off, you can use the cool, original Gimmlitz fountain water on the adjoining terrace, bathe extensively in the snow in winter or classically use the modern shower on site. In our wood-fired bathtub, you can bathe in summer and winter in the middle of the forest and relax under the open sky. Of course, not without having properly heated it beforehand. No pain, no gain. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people on 45 square meters and is spread over two floors. Upstairs is the cozy, open living and sleeping area. It has a double bed and dresser as well as a sofa with sleeping function and coffee table, desk and armchair. On the ground floor there is the entrance area, kitchen and bathroom. In the entrance area there is a small table overlooking the garden and the castle panorama. The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge, ceramic electric stove, kettle, coffee maker. Enjoy cozy and relaxed evenings by the fireplace. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. A washing machine is at your disposal too. They have access to the garden with seating and barbecue facilities.

Our vacation home with 60 m² living space offers space for 1 - 4 persons. It consists of a comfortable living room with sofa bed and SAT-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hotplate, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The cottage has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, so that a family with 2 children has plenty of space. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet.W-LAN and a parking space for cars are available free of charge. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge for the duration of your stay. Additional costs and final cleaning are included in the daily price.

Cozy apartment (Vierseitenhof Linke)

APARTMENT 1 IN the VIERSEITENHOF LEFT The apartment for 2 people is located in the middle of the historic city center of Annaberg-Buchholz and is part of a very nicely designed four-sided courtyard. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. In this apartment you will find not only hallway, kitchen, bathroom with shower/WC but also a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Furthermore, guests are available to guests in the living room with TV (flat screen 42 inches), a corner sofa and radio. The apartment has a separate double bedroom and a baby cot on request.

The comfortably furnished cottage is intended for year-round use and is located in the picturesque village of 820 meters above sea level on its own fenced property (890m²). The usable area of the cottage is 320m². Ideal for 8 people (3x bedrooms) + 2 people( sofa bed in living room). There is a spacious sauna including a cooling pool, a room with a ping pong table. In the garden, a trampoline, children can use the slide, swings, sandpit, and treehouse. The forest is 50 meters from the cottage.

Unser Haus Seeblick ist ca. 100 Jahre alt und wurde gleich nach dem Bau der Talsperre Malter an einem Seitenarm errichtet. Heute dient es als Wohnraum für unsere Familie und für Feriengäste. Außerdem können Gäste unseren Saal weitere Räumlichkeiten zum Feiern oder auch zur Weiterbildung nutzen. Der Garten mit Blick und Zugang zum Wasser ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum Erholen. Für alle, die ihrem Körper gerne etwas Gutes tun wollen, gibt es einen stilvollen Fitnessraum im Haus.

Malter apartment (Haus Seeblick, Dippoldiswalde)

Unser Haus Seeblick ist ca. 100 Jahre alt und wurde gleich nach dem Bau der Talsperre Malter an einem Seitenarm errichtet. Heute dient es als Wohnraum für unsere Familie und für Feriengäste. Außerdem können Gäste unseren Saal weitere Räumlichkeiten zum Feiern oder auch zur Weiterbildung nutzen. Der Garten mit Blick und Zugang zum Wasser ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum Erholen. Für alle, die ihrem Körper gerne etwas Gutes tun wollen, gibt es einen stilvollen Fitnessraum im Haus.

Our house accommodates up to 6 people, with additional sleeping space for up to 2 more guests available on request. The lower floor features a spacious kitchen-living room with fireplace, two bathrooms, and a utility room with infrared sauna, washing machine, and toilet. Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms with TVs and two smaller rooms with sleeping options. The 1,800 m² garden with terrace, barbecue, fire pit, and mature trees invites you to relax and unwind.

Discover your oasis for a sun-drenched retreat! This charming chalet with Mediterranean flair promises an unforgettable stay for up to six people. In the midst of a picturesque environment that touches your heart through the beauty of the Erzgebirge, you can relax in this lovingly designed refuge. Right by the house are a BARREL SAUNA and GRILL KOTA. A restaurant is 160 meters away. A spacious playground also wants to be discovered.

A romantic and quiet place in the heart of nature.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.
