The apartment is located in the Chemnitz Luther Quarter. The university campus and center are within walking distance. It is very well connected to public transport (train, tram and bus). Free parking is available on the street. The apartment is approximately 55 square meters and has a living room with a large couch (extra bed possible), high-speed Internet connection (fiber optic), Magenta TV, a fully equipped kitchen with balcony to the quiet green backyard, bedroom and bathroom.

Our apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look out onto the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day (weekend free of charge), but if you drive 500 m further, these are free of charge.

Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.
