The apartment is approximately 55 square meters and has a living room with a large couch (extra bed possible), high-speed Internet connection (fiber optic), Magenta TV, a fully equipped kitchen with balcony to the quiet green backyard, bedroom and bathroom.

The cultural capital of Chemnitz, the palaces of Augustusburg and Lichtenwalde can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, these are free of charge.

Located in the heart of Hainichen, this dream villa offers everything you need for a relaxing break out. With two bedrooms including extendable couch, the beautiful attic apartment with 110 square meters of space for up to 6 people. The spacious roof terrace overlooking the countryside and the city invites you to spend cozy evenings. A large garden with seating and activities for children, as well as a private car parking space on the property are available.

Vacation home Sonnenblick in old half-timbered house

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Guest in a shared space

Summer is finally here! The car is parked at the shady edge of the forest with a view of hilly meadows. The birds chirp early in the morning and the forest lake calls the brave to the morning bath (12 min walk). You will sit on the terrace all day, watch nature awaken, make campfires, chill – and maybe let the many impressions resonate. Since civilization is 2.5 km away, you should go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

The apartment LOFT 2d is quietly located in a rear courtyard and can accommodate two people. On two floors and a spacious roof terrace with lounge furniture, relaxing hours can be spent alone or as a couple. If you want to relax, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. In summer, the roof terrace offers sunbathing. In winter, the apartment scores points with a panoramic fireplace.

There is no smoking in the entire house.
