The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. Stepping out of the apartment, you are right on the terrace belonging to your apartment. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m, very comfortable as a 3rd bed. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe bike path is only 400 m away from us. Relax in the natural pool Goltzscha. perfect. Parking space and 2 bicycles are free of charge.

Willkommen im Herzen des Erzgebirges, wo Ruhe und Natur aufeinandertreffen. Unser liebevoll gestaltetes Holzblockhaus ist der ideale Rückzugsort für alle, die dem Alltag entfliehen möchten. Im Sommer lädt der private Pool zum Erfrischen ein. Im Winter genießen sie die Sauna oder die Wärme des Kamins und lassen den Abend bei knisterndem Feuer ausklingen. In der Adventszeit verzaubern Weihnachtsmärkte und Schwibbögen die Region. Komm vorbei, mach´s dir gemütlich und fühl dich wie zu Hause!

Weißeritz apartment (Haus Seeblick, Dippoldiswalde)

Unser Haus Seeblick ist ca. 100 Jahre alt und wurde gleich nach dem Bau der Talsperre Malter an einem Seitenarm errichtet. Heute dient es als Wohnraum für unsere Familie und für Feriengäste. Außerdem können Gäste unseren Saal weitere Räumlichkeiten zum Feiern oder auch zur Weiterbildung nutzen. Der Garten mit Blick und Zugang zum Wasser ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum Erholen. Für alle, die ihrem Körper gerne etwas Gutes tun wollen, gibt es einen stilvollen Fitnessraum im Haus.

Schlupfwinkel - small, cozy, - ideal for relaxing The small house is located above Hainichen on the outskirts of the city. From the sun-drenched balcony, you have a beautiful view of the center of the city and can enjoy the sublime location in the evening at sunset. On foot it takes about 5 minutes to the center. Directly behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you can watch wild deer right at the garden fence with a bit of luck.
