The apartment is only 1-2 minutes' walk from the market square, but is located on a traffic-calmed street and is therefore super quiet (we also noticed almost nothing from the neighbors in the house). The apartment furnishings are modern, everything is in order, nothing was missing. Communication with Cedric was quick and straightforward.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location was great, quiet and yet well connected. I want to highlight the friendly and helpful communication with the host – very accommodating and straightforward. I would come back anytime and highly recommend the stay!

We spent four nights in the vaulted room and felt very comfortable overall. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay – we didn't miss anything. All in all it was a nice stay and we thank the host warmly. All as described. Quiet & safe location. Great communication with the host. The train station can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Room tidy and pleasant. There's nothing to complain about, I'll be back for sure.

A "love nest" in the truest sense of the word. There's nothing missing, the view from the roof terrace is simply beautiful. The area invites you to cycle and walk. The lake with the harbor is just minutes from the property. It's also great that your four-legged friend can be there.

Thank you for this short but very pleasant stay! We felt comfortable and everything we needed was to be found in the accommodation! Unfortunately, only the oven has not gotten really warm, so we resorted to the toaster for the rolls for breakfast. Best regards from Vogtland.

Matthias' house is an absolute highlight in every sense. The half-timbered house, renovated with a lot of love for detail, is stunning. The amenities and quality are above average. We liked the perfect cleanliness the most. Bathrooms, beds, kitchen and amenities. Everything was very tidy, in mint condition and well maintained. We were able to charge our electric car easily. Overall, this house is our absolute favorite among all AirBnB and we can recommend it without reservation. Thank you Matthias!

We stayed here for 3 nights as a group and had a great, relaxing time! The house is cozy and furnished to a high standard. During the day we were on the lake with the SUPs / kayak and in the evening we relaxed in the sauna. We had the best time here. You should know that the location is not well connected and you should have a car to get there/to go shopping. But for us, that was just charming and gave a real holiday feeling. We will definitely be back!

Jenny made it possible for us to book 2 nights at very short notice (about 2 hours before check-in!) when we were in need due to an overbooking! 🙏 The house was beautiful, spacious and clean, and offered the possibility for many activities (including a large TV in a cozy living room, dartboard, foosball). We were 2 for 6 days in the beautiful apartment. The apartment offered everything. Holger provides a lot. Detergent, dish soap and tabs for the dishwasher. A very clean apartment. The bedroom and balcony are at the back with a view of the countryside. The neighbourhood is quiet. There are many delicious restaurants in the district. The location is great. Both by tram and by bicycle, the center is close. Even on foot, it only takes about 20 minutes. There is plenty of parking for the car. Gohlik is a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment offers a closed backyard where we could park the bikes. Highly recommend from our point of view. Check in and out easily, the contact is great.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean, you will find everything you need. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. Check-in was flexible and smooth. I am very satisfied.

Very comfortable stay and great host. Any tip we would like to give is some tourist information (folders etc.) and install Netflix on the excellent TV. We had Chromecast with us, which we could easily plug in so that we could still use Netflix.

The apartment is clean, functional and tastefully furnished. It is pleasant to sit on the balcony. 2 tram stops or about 20 minutes on foot to the city center. Shops nearby. Some people may have a problem with the 4th floor without an elevator.

Super quiet (top insulated) apartment in a central location. We explored Leipzig for 3 days with public transport and left the car. Parking without any problems near. We felt comfortable. Thank you Thorsten.
