If you're looking for seclusion and tranquility, you've come to the right place!The apartment (ground floor) for 2 people has a separate entrance. The sleeping-living area has a box-spring bed, wardrobe, armchair and a 55 inch TV. The modern bathroom is right next door. The dining area offers a kitchenette. A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

The fully furnished apartment with terrace is located on our three-sided courtyard. You have a self-contained apartment / 40 m². The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m and is very comfortable as a 3rd bed. Hiking in the vineyards of Seußlitz, relaxing in the Goltzscha natural pool in summer and using the Elbe cycle path just 400 m away make you want more. Parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Your own bicycles are safe in our courtyard.

Vacation home in Mittelsaida

Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historical flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. Welcome to the trial living in our tiny loft. You are welcome to spend nights in ecological minimalism. The tiny house is idyllically situated on the Wildberg Manor. Beautiful hiking trails in the winding left-bank valleys are just as much to be discovered as the wine town of Radebeul with the Spitzhaus and the historic village green Alt-Kötzschenbroda (pubs). The cleaning fee of €30 is payable in cash. Bookings from 01/28/26 include these costs.

Especially on weekends, it is very quiet. It is an ideal place to relax but also conveniently located to visit various highlights of Saxony.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.
