The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

You can walk to both the culturally and architecturally unique old town and the lively trendy district of the Äußere Neustadt.

Die Ferienwohnung LOFT 2d ist ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhof und bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

Unsere schöne Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, liegt direkt an der Elbe und ist ca. 75qm groß. Sie bietet viel Licht und Platz, komfortable Betten, eine wunderschöne Aussicht, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen privaten Parkplatz. Nach einer langen Wanderung oder Fahrradtour lässt es sich wunderbar auf dem Balkon am Wasser entspannen. Wer noch Lust hat, kann 5 Minuten spazieren gehen und die Muskeln in der Therme entspannen.

The tower room in the Leppersdorf Manor – a cozy apartment for families, couples and friends. 50 m² of comfort: bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, hallway with desk, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with large dining table, kitchen sofas and Netflix TV. One bedroom can accommodate four single beds. Charming musical instruments hang on the walls for decoration. Perfect for relaxing holidays and family trips.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).

Our apartment, renovated in the style of the period of rapid industrial growth in Germany, is located in the middle of the silk flower city of Sebnitz. With 75 m², it offers space. In Sebnitz, everything is within walking distance and the bus station is only 300 meters away. Great hiking trails start very close by.
