The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Summer is finally here! The car is parked at the shady edge of the forest with a view of hilly meadows. The birds chirp early in the morning and the forest lake calls the brave to the morning bath (12 min walk). You will sit on the terrace all day, watch nature awaken, make campfires, chill – and maybe let the many impressions resonate. Since civilization is 2.5 km away, you should go shopping beforehand. The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials you need for cooking. Directly in the tiny house, you can use a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
