The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Lake views and sunsets – your relaxing apartment in Leipzig Neuseenland (HOUSE IN SCHILF 2, apartment 9). Look forward to a 63 m² apartment on the upper floor, modernly furnished and exclusively for up to four adults (at least 16 years old). From the rooftop terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake and unforgettable sunsets. The apartment is located on the northern shore of Lake Hain (2-minute walk) in Leipzig's Neuseenland area, just 20 minutes by car from Leipzig.

The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials you need for cooking. Directly in the tiny house, you can use a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
