A really adorable cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The proximity to the lake and nature is 👌 great. At the same time, you can also be in the city in a few minutes. The hosts were super nice and discreet. I would also like to mention the beautiful garden and all the great amenities. We were more than satisfied

We had a wonderful week's holiday in the Lake District. Beautiful cycle paths, beautiful nature and great weather! The host's house is large, clean and well equipped. The hosts Jorg and Claudia are nice, very friendly and always willing to help. Flexible. We came back after 7 years and did not regret it. We will definitely come again sometime. Highly recommended for groups of up to 8 people! There were six of us in the beautiful Erzgebirge for a hiking and board game weekend and we felt very comfortable in Marcel's and Maria's accommodation. The two are very helpful and friendly and have always responded quickly to inquiries. The amenities of the place were as described in the listing. We particularly liked that each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with its own shower room. The living room is spacious, cozy and offers enough space to eat and play with 4 tables. Steinbach is a quiet village and a great starting point for day trips (Black Forest Valley, Czech border). The historic Preßnitztalbahn also departs directly from Steinbach and is worth a ride!

stayed again at Frances place I really like it. has everything you need and is full of character. a lovely corner of Dresden, a good bus service to the city centre and still a quiet neighbourhood.

Our stay at the farm was great. The bathroom was great, the modern electric heating interesting and new for us and very functional and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. There was everything we needed and a lot that we could have used well for a longer stay. Marja and her husband were totally friendly. We felt right at home and always had a nice chat. The wonderfully restored property is located in the scenic Muldetal and we even saw kingfishers on our walks. From Grimma, we were also able to easily take the train to Leipzig in one day. The regional train returned late at night. There was no annoying search for a parking space in the city with high fees. A clear recommendation for all couples looking for peace and relaxation and/or want to take a trip to the wonderful city of Leipzig!

We had a perfect autumn vacation in Judith's beautiful home - the apartment was just right for our family of 5. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could ask for, plenty of pots, pans, high-quality dishes, even coffee, oil, teas, etc. were available. Particularly great was the extensive equipment with great board games: boule balls for outdoors, Activity, Pharao, Jenga, etc. and children's books but also many hiking recommendations and maps for the surrounding area. Judith and her husband were always friendly and approachable and very helpful. From Ulbersdorf, you can take great hiking tours to the Sebnitz Valley, etc. and there are always events in the village - we were at the Halloween village festival and really impressed by the elaborately organized horror trail, in which the whole village was involved. Really a great vacation!!

We had a great long Easter weekend in the small forest hut. The location is perfect for all kinds of activities in Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland. You have complete peace and privacy. The sauna helped us relax in the evening after a long hike. The cottage is equipped with everything you need. There are just a few things you should know beforehand. For example, that the bathroom is a separate cottage, which is a few meters away from the forest hut and also the sink is outside. But for us, these special features made our stay something special. You don't get a luxurious vacation home here, but a down-to-earth, charming little house in nature. Nevertheless, you don't have to do without amenities such as the Internet, underfloor heating and a dishwasher.

great hut for hiking! my partner and I found the accommodation incredibly comfortable and cozy and spent three nights there. the entire neighborhood had a really peaceful atmosphere. We will definitely come back! 🥰

A good apartment with everything you could need for a few days stay. we arrived with our dog on a very cold day and found the apartment varm and with easy access and free parking just outside.

We enjoyed our time! It was a short getaway and great for us by car so we could explore the area. The surrounding garden and sauna were highlights for me and my partner! We'd love to come back to this area again. Many thanks to Harald and Heidrun!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. This was clean and equipped with everything you need and streaming services are possible via a Fire TV stick. Rathmannsdorf offers a good starting point for various hikes - in the village there is a pizzeria, in Bad Schandau there are supermarkets and a drugstore. The trip with the Kirnitzschtalbahn is worth an experience. Daniel and his wife are nice and friendly hosts. Our child had a lot of fun in the garden.

Everything was easy with our stay, thanks to the fantastic hosts. They welcomed us with some delicious pastries that they baked and a bottle of prosecco, which was truly a gift after our drive. The place is spotless & organized, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the host's recommendations on Airbnb are on point. We had a barbecue in the garden, hiked to the mountains, and walked around the lake 5 minutes away. Many birds are coming to their beautiful garden, and we enjoyed listening to their songs in the early mornings/evenings. Thank you!

A superbly located apartment with perfect views of the harbor of Zwenkauer Lake. The apartment is modern and practically furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. There is everything you need for a relaxing vacation (hairdryer, towels, hygiene products, etc.). There are several restaurants in the surrounding area. We'd love to come back!

We booked the place for three nights. We traveled with two children and were positively surprised by the size of the property. It is a very nice apartment with all amenities. Down in the basement is a sauna, which we reserved for 2 hours for ourselves. From the property, you have to plan about 45 minutes driving time to visit and hike the sights in the Saxon Switzerland Nature Park. But that didn't bother us. We had a great weekend. Everything is fine, always happy to stay again!

We booked this hotel for the family reunions (16 people). The location was good. It was very quiet, easy to find and the beautiful nature all around. The furnishings have gone a little over the years, but if you want something luxurious, you have to pay about 3 times as much as offered here. We stayed completely satisfied

A nice weekend getaway, close to some great hiking spots and a peaceful and relaxing surrounding

The place was exactly as described - a large building with many private guest rooms and shared common spaces. The entire place was super clean and well-kept and directly within the beautiful mountain nature. Within 15 minutes walking you can reach the ferry to Schmilka from where you can start hiking. It was exactly what we wanted and we were very happy to be there. Of course you need to be ok with sharing bathrooms and the kitchen. ;)

It was really very nice with Jens! The place is a perfect base for hikes and generally everything was great :) There are also 2 very sweet friendly cats on the property.

We were greeted with a bouquet of flowers on the kitchen table and a bottle of wine and water in the fridge. We were able to get in touch at any time with questions and a solution was found IMMEDIATELY. The cottage is very well maintained and nicely decorated. Street parking was not a problem. Gladly come again!

We were in the roof construction for the second time and felt very comfortable again. Communication and handoff was super easy and all wishes were fulfilled.
