Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Charleston

This place is amazing! Even better than advertised. It's stocked with everything you need to keep a full house entertained on vacation, and access to the beach plus IOP restaurants/grocery/coffee is perfect. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the pool every afternoon. It's also pristine - clearly Nick has taken care of this property and there were no issues with anything at the house during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

Joseph was great to work with, the location was 20 minutes from downtown and there is a wonderful park within 900 feet of the house with trails, a huge playground, and pet friendly. The house was just as pictured with a very big backyard and dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed a beautiful week on IOP in this house. Spacious and well equipped, we truly could not have asked for more. The kitchen had been recently renovated and was absolutely stunning with everything one could ever need/want in a kitchen. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. When we arrived, the grill was not working - I sent a text and within an hour someone was out at the house assessing the problem. And a new grill was delivered the next day. Cannot recommend this house enough. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We absolutely loved the location! We could walk to restaurants or get a quick Uber to the heart of King Street. The unit is very clean and had everything we needed. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear the guests above you pretty easily, but there were sound machines in all the bedrooms that helped cancel out the noise. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for a two week stay for our family of 5 adults, one 2 year old and a 13 year old chocolate lab. House and amenities were great, communication excellent, Kiawah Island picture perfect. Convenient to beach, shopping, neighborhood walks, Night Heron Park and the bike trails. All in all, a great house!

We had a fantastic stay during a weekend baseball tournament. The house was conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, and it was just a short drive to Charleston, Sullivan's Island, and Isle of Palms. The house was well-stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. And it was perfect for our pup!

Megan's place was close to everything we wanted to do in both Mount Pleasant and Charleston! Everything was 10-18 minutes apart. The stay has two bedrooms, one bigger than the other, each with its own restroom. Downstairs has a big cozy couch with a 1/2 bathroom, a small dining room nook/table, and a kitchen. We came in April, so the pool was too cold to dip into, but it seemed like the perfect Summer amenity. Megans place is simple and cozy and we would definitely consider staying there again!

This home felt cozy and peaceful. We felt right at home. We loved the private fenced in back yard for our dog. Also, we enjoyed the huge jacuzzi each evening. The place was really clean and provided lots of amenities. There is a huge inclusive park nearby if you have kids. So fun!! We loved staying here and will stay again. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had an amazing time! Stayed with a group of 8 girls for my bachelorette party. The house was the perfect size and layout, super cute and clean. The outdoor area downstairs was a great place to hangout and the heated pool was a major bonus. The location couldn't be better, walked to the bars, restaurants, coffee shops, market, and beach. The hosts also had 2 boat options to rent for a day trip, we went with the yacht and it was perfect, so lush and convenient. Jessie was super proactive and helpful with communication, the trip went on without a hitch.

This was the perfect place for us! It has a master bedroom and bathroom separate from the other bedrooms. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect for our travel, weary bodies. The couch and beds are extremely comfortable! Highly recommend, and would stay here again.

The place was fantastic, and Jen was great to work with. The space was so well thought out and in a great location, very convenient to Shem creek, downtown, and the beaches. Even though it is a guest cottage behind their house it was extremely private, and the back yard is a relaxing oasis with beautiful trees and flowers. We would definitely stay here again.

We were so happy with our stay at Travis's place. Travis was proactive and responsive, friendly and flexible when our plans changed a week ahead of our booking. Linens were plentiful and comfortable, great furnishings, everything we needed. We loved hanging out in the fenced yard with our dogs and had complete privacy on the porch and in the hot tub. Super Nintendo was an unexpected perk! Easy parking, walkable to an awesome park and great restaurants. Would love to stay again!!

This was the nicest North Charleston place we have ever stayed in. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen contained items we needed and plenty of amenities. Would definitely stay again!

We booked our family beach trip here and it was perfect for our two families to stay in. The photos don’t do this home a justice and felt pleasantly surprised when we walked in the front door. The ceilings are high and there was tons of space for us all to spread out. The back deck felt private from other neighbors and had a nice view of the marsh. The outdoor shower and front porch hose was very helpful when getting back from the beach and getting the sand off. The home was very clean and had all the necessities for us to cook and enjoy the home in. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog to explore as well. The location to the beach was perfect (quick 5 minute or less walk) as well as the short 10 minute walk to town. Would definitely return to this house!!!

We loved our stay here!! It was easy to get everywhere and when we wanted to have a more laid back day/evening, there were so many walkable restaurants and bars that were all perfect! Our host knew we were celebrating a birthday so they sent an itinerary catered to that and we definitely used many of the recommendations! Would recommend 100% and would stay again anytime!

It was definitely in a sketchy area but when we arrived to the particular neighborhood it was a cool spot with lots of personality.

Kate was a most gracious host! She was friendly and responded quickly to any questions that I had, and she also provided suggestions for places to visit while we were there. Her home is lovely!

it was our first trip to Folly Beach and we loved it and couldn't have asked for a better house to stay in! the location was absolutely perfect! easy walk to the beach and to the main strip with restaurants and bars. would highly recommend and we plan to go back again!

Upon arriving in Charleston, we found the home we booked on another site had been double booked. It was late and we were tired. I had 2 of my puppies with me so I found a hotel for the night. I began looking on AirBNB and found several homes but the owners/host were not willing to accommodate us. On my last attempt before deciding to just stick it out in a hotel, I reached out to Allison's listing. She responded quickly, was willing to waive the 3 night minimum and worked to get us into her home quickly. I cannot thank her enough. We got to the home and it was awesome, clean and as described. A bonus - Allison is a lover of animals and had toys, beds and even snacks for the pups. The small fenced in backyard was perfect for my little 4 legged babies. I highly recommend staying with Allison. She is da' bomb.

Great place to stay- walking to park circle restaurants and nightlife. Very cozy and cool funky vibe. Beds were SUPER comfortable- some of the best I’ve experienced. Big fluffy blankets were available for each room- which is an added bonus. Very well stocked kitchen- no problem preparing anything I wanted. Cute back yard area with seating. Good amount of parking for guests and visitors.

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

This is a great home and actually had more space and storage than we needed for our 4 night stay. Perfect for a Summerville stay and we loved our visit. Very close to Charleston, the beaches, drivable to Columbia and other end of SC as well. Great host, attentive and responsive. Ve

Comfortable, clean, quiet, and convenient. A very good place for two or three adults or a small family. The yard isn’t fenced, but our dog enjoyed the beach and the neighborhood.
