Condo vacation rentals in Charleston

Kevin's place was exactly as described. easy to find and get into, we got in after dark and my kids and I had no trouble. the locations is within walking distance of the beach and all the shops and restaurants in Folly Beach area. we had everything we needed at the condo including beach chairs and a cart to haul them in, all amenities were there including bathroom needs and plenty of towels and extra lines. washer and dryer was very useful and the kitchen was fully stocked for use! we did not have to contact Kevin at all bc everything was perfect a d we had no issues, but he also had everything laid out in his messages on how to check in, things to do in the area, and check out procedure. we loved this place and we will be back!!

Glenn’s place was perfect, especially for a beach side location. The place had so many great items - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler- that made our experience so relaxing. Glenn was also very responsive when we ran out of a few paper goods and brought them right over

Kathy was an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for our family. We had a wonderful time at her townhouse. It is conveniently located just a short drive to many different attractions. Although the home has units on either side, we didn't hear any of the neighbors even once. We would love to come back to the Charleston area and stay here again. Kathy was the best and friendliest Airbnb host we've ever had.

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

Craig’s place is absolutely wonderful! It has everything you need and even more! We felt right at home and honestly didn’t want to leave 😁 The location is quiet and very close to everything you need while in Charleston. If you need a place to stay in Charleston, look no further!

Met every expectation and then some. Very short walk through the parking lot to the pool and beach. Ample parking. Gated / pass accessible community. Comfortable beds. Excellent communication and easy check-in / check-out. Easy 30 minute commute into Charleston for the day if that's your thing. All around a great experience.

This was probably one of the best rentals we’ve ever had on Airbnb. My family of 6 was perfectly comfortable. And the views of the beach were unmatched. The host was super responsive and helpful. Absolutely no complaints.

Charlottes place was exactly what we were looking for. In town for a family wedding, everyone had their own bed and it was a quiet and peaceful spot close to where we wanted to be.

Loved this place! Right on the beach (near the pier and town center…and Bert’s Market!) and remodeled with updated bathrooms and comfortable couches and beds. Very nice to hang out on the balcony; just steps to the beach. We’ll definitely come back.

This condo was perfect for our stay in IOP! Being steps away from the beach was fantastic and made our beach days 10x better! The condo was very clean and perfect for a couple or small family. The patio has a nice set of rocking chairs and a table. We enjoyed eating meals out there while listening to the sounds of the ocean! Thanks for a great stay, Pat! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Condo. It was comfortable and quite peaceful. We were in the area for the Cooper River Bridge Run. It took only about 15 minutes to get into Charleston early in the morning, although traffic picks up throughout the day, of course. The balcony overlooks the main road and has a lovely view of the estuary. Folly Beach is just a 5 minute drive away. Be aware, though, that you have to climb stairs to get to the condo. No problem for us, but some folks might have difficulty. Overall, we had a very pleasant weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a very walkable and safe area. Our only complaint was that there are some areas of the ceiling that are peeling off. Otherwise, this was so peaceful and the view was better than expected! Thank you!

The place was amazing. The ocean views from every room were incredible. We were right on the waters edge. The decor was very warm and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped, couches and beds were all comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend Christmas.

Chuck was an incredible host, extremely proactive in reaching out and responded promptly. The place was perfect for a couple’s getaway weekend and within walking distance to everything in downtown Charleston. Couldn’t recommend more!

We stayed here in December 2024 with our dog Kenzie. Check in was easy and the place was spotless! We loved sitting on the screened in porch. Very close to bike path and a quick drive to restaurants and amenities on the island.

My husband and I loved our stay at Pelican Watch! It was a great location with super easy access to the beach. We brought our dog who enjoyed playing on the beach and long walks around the island. The condo was super clean and felt very homey. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Mary was a terrific hostess. She answered our calls promptly and was so friendly. We appreciated being able to have our dog there.
