The Tree House is in our Quirky cottage set, a favorite among longtime lover of the Beachside because you can cook in the cute shared kitchen, enjoy the deck area and tiki bar (all you no bartender but the liquor store is one block away), sit at the long table or chill on the little porch or lounge couch. This room has a full size DAY bed. These are the smallest rooms on the property but also the lowest cost. Three private rooms each with it's own bathroom, open up to the shared amenities.

You will enjoy a King bed, private bath, wifi, TV, mini fridge, a Fireplace in cooler months, and a complimentary breakfast bar. INDIGO is located on the second floor, you will need to climb stairs. We do not offer onsite parking but convenient parking lots are all within 1-2 blocks. $20-30 per night.

The Goldman Room @ The Annex

The Notso Hostel Annex offers modern, clean, simple accommodations one block from King Street. The Goldman Room has a queen bed and is one of six private rooms. This room shares two bathrooms with four other private rooms in the house. The room is located upstairs and has a closet, ceiling fan and several windows. This room comes with a dedicated parking spot in our private lot.

The Studio room has a living area and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. This studio room is on the third floor. Dog friendly with a one-time fee of $125 per dog. Fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE
