We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a private, enclosed complex in beautiful surroundings. We had a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside from the terrace. The apartment was very nicely and functionally furnished, very clean and very well equipped with everything one might need for a stay. The accommodation has access to a large swimming pool. There are many interesting places for short trips in the surrounding area. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely want to return soon.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

Die Lage und insbesondere die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet viele verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichleiten. Das Bett, die Matratze und die Kopfkissen sind hochwertig und bequem. Die Küche ist sehr groß, ist einfach ausgestattet und biete alles, um umfangreich kochen zu können. Das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei, sowohl im Haus, als auch um das Haus herum sind viele verwinkelte Stufen. Das WLAN ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Die Lage war super, total ruhig gelegen und eine entspannte Umgebung. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden immer wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit bei dir!

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Hügel der Toskana, das Meer und die Inseln ist unbezahlbar! Ein besonderes Erlebnis ist es, wenn Roccos Taubenschwarm seine Kreise dicht übers Häuschen zieht. Nachts sieht man auf der Wiese hinterm Haus Glühwürmchen - magisch! Wir haben auch die Gelegenheit genossen, an einem Dinner auf der Toscani Ranch teilzunehmen. Es war eine sehr herzliche, familiäre Atmosphäre! Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Toskana zu erkunden. Casale Marittimo ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und zu Recht als eins der schönsten Dörfer Italiens ausgezeichnet. Wir haben außerdem Ausflüge nach San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florenz und bis hinunter zu den Thermen von Saturnia und dem Giardino dei Tarocchi gemacht. Das Meer ist nur 15 Autominuten entfernt. Der Pinienwald am Strand von Cecina ist sehenswert, genau wie der Torre de Bibbone. Grundausstattung für die Küche muss man mitbringen, wir empfehlen das leckere Olivenöl von Rocco zu beziehen! Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

A cozy paradise nestled among an idyllic olive orchard, ran by the host family who gave us a sample bottle of their olive oil to enjoy during our stay (delicious!). Azzurra was very proactive, flexible and helpful during check in, and even gave us fabulous recommendations for local restaurants, nearby beaches and more. Beyond that, the apartment itself was full of little niceties and thoughtful details that showed Azzurra truly knows how to properly host guests who may be weary from travels. Lastly, we made friends with a charming and well-behaved old dog who politely greeted us during our morning coffee on the patio. 10/10, would love to return!

Amazing place & beautiful location. Personally, we really enjoyed the restaurant below us, super friendly, gorgeous traditional Italian food at an excellent price! I would highly recommend the accommodation for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings! Super clean, great communication via the host, extremely comfortable and decorated to perfection. Restaurant - Antica Osteria Dei Mercanti - 5 star too!!

Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung von Mariella. Die Betten, auch die Ausziehcouch, sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Cecina Mare zu entdecken und der Strand ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Uns hat es gut gefallen, dass die Wohnung nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße mit den Bars und Restaurants lag, wo es Nachts mit vielen Menschen lauter werden kann. Die Küche ist perfekt, um zu kochen und zu essen. Wir haben es aber auch sehr genossen, draußen im Hof zu essen.

A distanza di qualche anno, siamo tornati nel bellissimo alloggio di Massimiliano! Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo, in ordine impeccabile, con una cucina fornita di tutto, un bagno perfetto e due camere molto grandi e candide. Proprio come ce lo ricordavamo. In più questa volta c'era anche un condizionatore portatile molto utile in cucina e ventilatori in ogni stanza. La collocazione in un paese tranquillo lo rende ideale per riposare di notte. E poi una menzione particolare per mamma Elisabetta: socievole ed accogliente, come sanno essere i toscani. Insomma: 5 stelle! La posizione geografica ne fa un eccellente punto di appoggio per visitare un ampio territorio della meravigliosa Toscana. Ci torneremo di nuovo.

Nadia und Roberto haben uns direkt sehr herzlich empfangen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und traditionell, man hat wirklich das Toskana Feeling. Wir hatten das Zimmer Olivo und konnte somit direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus in den Garten mit Pool. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es zum Glück auch, somit war es selbst bei extrem heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm in der Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch direkt in der Nähe. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in der Stadt, was auch ein Riesen Plus ist. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen selbst sehr gerne wieder.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

Wir hatten mit einer befreundeten Familie einen sehr schöne Woche in der Casa Bardi. Iacapo hat uns viele tolle Tips gegeben. Die Strände nördlich haben uns sehr gut gefallen, und auch der weiße Sandstrand im Süden. Castilioncello ist ein netter Ort mit einem wöchentlichen Markt und neben den Linienbussen entlang der Küste gibt es auch eine offenen Umsonst-Bus und eine Gratis-Linie. Ausflüge haben wir nach Volterra und Pisa gemacht. Vielfältige Reise - und schöne Abende in der großzügigen Wohnung mit kühlem Steinfussboden und genug Platz für sechs Personen.

We had a wonderful stay at Frederica’s apartment! She responded very quickly to our request for an early check-in, which was incredibly helpful. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and spotless — it was clear that great care had been taken to make it welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast essentials already prepared for us, which made us feel right at home. Frederica even gifted a lovely toy to our daughter — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! The apartment had everything we could possibly need for a longer stay — all the important little things that make everyday living easy and comfortable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!

W mieszkaniu Lucziany można było poczuć się jak w domu. Bardzo przytulnie i czysto. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Doskonała lokalizacja blisko morza i infrastruktury. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny. Chętnie tu wrócimy .

Alessio and Beatrice were perfect hosts. The place couldn’t be in a better location, right on the north end of the Main road through San Gimignano. Having the top floor really made it peaceful despite the sometimes bustle of the town. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable; a great base for exploring San Gimignano and the surrounding Tuscan countryside!

Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu kochen. Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war perfekt und wir durften sogar früher ein- und später auschecken. Das Bad war klein, aber funktional. Leider war uns nachts trotz Klimaanlage zu warm, da das Bett direkt unter das Dach gebaut ist. Die Wasserpumpe war zudem recht laut (auch wenn kein Wasser lief). Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn man kein Problem mit steilen Treppen hat :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr süß und schön eingerichtet. Hat unsere Erwartungen sehr übertroffen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind zwar sehr begrenzt vor dem Haus, haben aber dann noch in einem nahe gelegen Parkhaus geparkt( Name: Odeon). Auch die Kommunikation war reibungslos und Raúl war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

perfecte locatie in het oude centrum, met een pleinthe erachter met leuke cafes en restaurants. 10 minuten lopen maar het station, iets verder lopen naar het vliegveld. In hey oude centrum dus ook snel bij de beroemdr oude gebouwen. voor ons een ideale uitvalbasis voor zowel Pisa als een dagjr met de trein naar Florence of de bus naar Lucca. En zeer attente eigenaar!

Luciano’s place was right on the city center where the town is hopping. It was exactly where I wanted to stay and we were not disappointed

Können wir absolut empfehlen ! Ist alles so wie im Text beschrieben und auf den Foto´s zu sehen. Liegt ca 2 km außerhalb vom total schnuckeligen Örtchen Casole de Elsa. Von Andrea + Barbara gab´s alle nötigen Infos zur Anreise und viele tolle Tipps vor Ort, immer mit den dazugehörigen Links. Zum Beispiel verzögerte sich unsere Anreise verkehrsbedingt auf ca. 22:15 Uhr. War kein Problem, wir standen in Kontakt und als wir ankamen, hat uns Andrea persönlich in Empfang genommen. Und wenn wir während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Frage hatten, kam immer sehr zügig eine Antwort. (Wo man in Siena am Besten parken kann, wie gelangt man am Besten nach Florenz, ...)
