We had a wonderful stay. Beatrice's house is very spacious and exceeded our expectations. The view over vineyards and hills to San Gimignano is truly breathtaking. Our children loved the pool and enjoyed it, even though it rained a lot during our time. Beatrice's son Alessio was always available to us and helped us with questions immediately, really very helpful. We'd love to be guests in this great villa again one day.

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

We had a wonderful week at Vincenzo's house. We were 2 families with children (5 total). The spaces in the house were perfect to accommodate everyone. The location, a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and 35 minutes from beautiful Lucca, turned out to be perfect. Away from the chaos, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Vincenzo is also a super host! Friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

We can not say enough great things about our stay in Pietrasanta. Would highly recommend this house- the location is fantastic! It is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We rode bikes everywhere and had no problems. The host was extremely responsive and helpful if we needed anything! Thank you for such a great stay!

Communication was hassle-free and quick. Curio and the owner were very helpful. Tips for local restaurants and excursions were very good. Accommodation easy to find. Good restaurant within walking distance. Location with great views, winery just opposite and accessible by car or on foot. Room tidy and clean. Property very well maintained and beautiful. Facilities very good. Pool and surroundings were cleaned daily… We were completely satisfied

Paolo was really making his best to make us feel welcome. He even delivered special fire-wood to the grill and told us olive-tree gave the food a nice flavour.

The house is very well laid out with ample space. Cristina left the pool open and this was enjoyed by the younger memebrs of the party. The house is close to the main road which impacts on the external enjoyment at the busiest times but inside there is no impact. We were repeatedly delayed due to fog in London and she could not have been more helpful. We made mistakes with the garbage as the standards are far higher than in the UK and perfectly reasonably she remonstrated with us. We were clearly in the wrong and lessons learnt. One small point, I think the pillows need renewing as very soft.

Great stay at a beautiful villa. The listing doesn’t actually do it justice, it is even bigger and nicer than it appears from the photos! Brian was very helpful and responsive and a great host.

Villa Vittoria is the ideal mix of tranquility and comfort, just minutes from Lucca. The interiors are spacious, well heated and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The covered patio allows you to enjoy the view even on cooler days. It would be nice to be able to go back in the summer to enjoy the park and the beautiful swimming pool. A perfect place for a getaway in Tuscany!

It was a very very peaceful and beautiful home to stay in with a rich history and gorgeous surroundings ! Livia was a gracious host and Giuseppe was wonderful to work with ! It was a very steep hill to trek to the top ..but if you’re looking for a remote and quite Italian country side expeirience it was absolutely beautiful!

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location! The hosts - Lorenzo and Bernadette - were so helpful. They greeted us and took us up the hill to the house. They left fresh fruit, snacks and the basics for cooking. Waking up to the view cannot be described. You have to see it for yourself! Don’t be turned off by other comments about the driveway. Lorenzo takes you up the first time and it’s easy from there! Keep it in 1st :)

We were a big group of 14 people and the place was perfect for us. It is exactly as described, had all the amenities we needed. I can only recommend staying at this place.

Beatrice is a great host! She welcomed us very warmly and toured the house with us. She also gave us several recommendations for things to do in the area, which we greatly appreciated. The house was spotless and the exterior layout is breathtaking. The sunrise in the morning was amazing if you're lucky enough to see it. The house is a little far from big cities so I recommend a car to make it easier to get around.

if someone is looking for a quiet and beautiful place, this is the place for you! We stayed at Villa sole mio for a week. The view is far-reaching and beautiful. The villas are a little remote meaning that you have to be mobile, but you get peace throughout the day. The location is ideally located geographically and you can reach Lucca,Pisa,Siena and Florence. You can also reach the sea within 45 minutes. Ideal to visit cities in the morning and enjoy the fantastic pool with the view in the afternoon. Our host, Martina was very friendly and always helpful. The employees who work on the property are also very friendly and keep the complex in good shape. What should be mentioned is the access road to the villa. You can only reach the villas by a narrow one-lane pebble path of about 400 m long. A sports car or a lowered vehicle is not recommended. I can only recommend Villa sole mio. Would go there again immediately.

We had a wonderful time here in the middle of Tuscany. It is advisable to arrive by car, it is perfectly located for the most important day trips in Tuscany. Clean rooms and pool, fast communication, wonderful views of the countryside.

Everything was exactly as described and shown. Communication with Franco and his father went smoothly. The house may not be easy to find; we were picked up at a meeting point, which made many things easier. With large, bulky cars, the route was not easy to drive, but doable. The amenities were great, a small oven was available, it could have been a little bigger. In one bathroom, the shower and toilet are opposite each other and after the shower, half the bathroom is very wet. But it was no problem for us. The pool and grounds are wonderful! We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation at Franco's and find that the price-performance ratio was right. We can recommend Franco's house in good conscience and hopefully have the opportunity to come back again!

Perfect fit for our group of 8. Extremely spacious gorgeous villa just west of Lucca and close to several small wineries. We may have been the first to rent as it appeared to be recently renovated. The Gardner on site Luigi was extremely helpful in troubleshooting some minor issues we had after check in. Plenty of room, spacious outdoor area set on several beautiful acres. Would definitely stay again. Perfect location to relax or explore some of the surrounding cities and sites in Tuscany.

Marco is the perfect host, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The house is perfect, nothing is missing and I have never met such a nice and courteous host.

We were welcomed by the host herself in this wonderful charming and peaceful villa. Perfectly maintained and great pool for the kids. Beautiful garden with lots of fresh herbs to cook with.

Francesca’s home was beautiful and in a breathtaking, peaceful location. There is a short, beautiful walk with Mountain View’s and olive groves to an incredible pool and pool house. She was incredibly helpful in helping us not only access the home, but also in providing us local recommendations. The meal that Ettore prepared for us was one of the highlights of our trip.
